Thank you so much for putting our little town on your channel. I am the person that cooked your meal at the Riverboat restaurant in Hagerman,ID. Thank you for the compliments as well. Have fun at n your future adventures.
Agreed. Yall are super cute and thank you for keeping it real. If you ever come to south texas- San Antonio- which has plenty of great hill country views- you have a place to stay!
Honestly, Eric and Alison, a lot of the time your videos are more interesting and entertaining than even some of the new movies and tv shows coming out. Keep doing what you’re doing. I much appreciate your letting us (armchair) travel along with you on your cheery adventures!
If this doesn't look exactly like what you envisioned when traveling with Ruby and Clementine then your 'envisioning' was out of whack :) All your perseverance and hard work has gotten all 4 of you into the perfect location and shows how patience pays off.
We've been saying that a lot lately - we're finally traveling with our gals and having amazing adventures like we always hoped/planned. 🙌 It definitely took us a bit longer than we thought to get here, but we're appreciating every minute!
In the 1930s somehow a bunch of cowboys managed to get a poker table up on top of balanced rock using ropes and played cards. I have seen the old black and white picture years ago. My Dad was raised in Castleford near where the Balanced Rock campground is. I worked for the world's largest Rainow Trout in Buhl Idaho which is between Hagerman and Twin Falls for 44 years. I agree Rainbow Trout is delicious. Next time you come through Buhl, stop and have Ice Cream at Cloverleaf Creamery. Best Ice cream ever! They still sell their milk in glass bottles. Family ran Operation and they also milk the cows. Great place and the nicest people in the world!
Not many tourists come to my area in Idaho. The largest Idaho river goes through my county plus the two largest tributaries to that river, plus the deepest canyon in North America with a 8300 foot peak very close, and the 3rd tallest dam in the U.S. backing up a reservoir 56 miles long is in my region and no interstates. Makes camping fun when you rarely see another camper.
I can't get enough of the stuff to do in Southern Idaho and it just seems like the perfect storm after all the trials and tribulations that everybody is together finally
I believe Schaeffer‘s Oil Company in St. Louis still offers their Black Beauty grease which they sold to settlers back in the day to grease their wagon axles as they were heading west. The oldest oil company in the US. Great video👍
I enjoy all the history and added information you talk about at locations. It's nice you're not just seeing places to mark them off a map but really learning and experiencing them! Wishing you more happy adventures!!!
Hi Allison and Eric. I love watching your video's. I'm so happy your back with Clementine and Ruby. Let the good times roll. Safe travels and Hugs to you both 🤗 🤗
I was able to kinda meet you when you moved out of the balanced rock camp ground. I was the guy with the Hiker Square drop that jumped in your spot. You guys were very kind. Love your character!
Allison is my new fave! Cleaver - who would have thunk to use a camera phone with a prop-camera around their neck (4:25). She's got that cute accent (7:52). Learned how to fly, all by herself and without an airplane (14:02). Safe & Wonderful Travels y'all.
Coming soon, the road to Utah. Stay out of the mountains because I've heard there's lots of snow and more to come. Clementine looks good and cozy, towing Ruby around. Glad to learn you're warm inside and the generator is powered up. I LOVE your new jacket and the beautiful colors looked good on you. Rocks are falling, is that like a time shifter when it erases your log-in from the 1800's? Hmmm, something to think about. Right? 🤔
So glad you’re enjoying Idaho! I’m a native and it truly is a hidden gem :) the north and south are complete opposites! Also, pretty much no where in Idaho is ever wall to wall with people :)
Love Idaho! Have been to all the places you are showing on this video. We actually saw the base jumpers off the Perrine bridge…..It was awesome! Hiked to the balanced rock also. Along that road there was a museum of dinosaurs excavated from the area. Saw Register rock also. There is so much history…
Making me so hungry!! I love fish n chips and will go out of my way to try the best of the best. Ugh I can't wait to see your Utah adventures !! That is one of my biggest goals for the next few years, to get out to Utah and visit all the beautiful places.
We just took a road trip to Wyoming and stopped at Mt Rushmore and there was only one other group of people there because it was like 20 outside. But it was worth it. 😊
If you stop in St. George, Utah-that’s where we are staying for the next two months in our RV! We are native Utahns and love it here. The weather is lovely down here right now. Love seeing my part of the country represented. I hope you have a great time.
That surf and turf looks delicious! That campsite is very nice too! Clementine and Ruby look so inviting! Idaho rainbow trout too!! You guys did a really superb job on this episode! 🍺🍺
HEY we've been to the EXACT campground! It was beautiful for kayaking along the Snake. When my partner and I stayed, we found a decade old hidden note, in the very last overhang campsite above the benches 😊 Many other travelers had shared their positive encouragement and stories to from their stay. May the chance anybody else see this, know the secret and maybe go search for it yourself! ❤
I haven't been to Balanced Rock in years but love stopping at the park to enjoy the beauty of Salmon Falls Creek and the area around Balanced Rock. My friend and I are headed to Jackpot from the Boise area so might have to take a detour depending on weather. We just had snow for several days but it has since melted but you never know with Idaho weather. Enjoying your videos!
I used to live about 12 miles from balanced rock. we would go there pretty regularly. balanced rock was actually vandalized around 1920. someone tried to blow up the base with dynamite, but it didn't go all the way through. it was later repaired. the acoustics in the park are wild.
I have been under the Perrine Bridge in the middle scary when trucks drive under it! for fun! And near shoshone Fall is a swim place where we jump off rocks higher than those falls! And the city of rocks is better in spring and summer! Glad you guys came to my neck of the woods! There is alot to do every year
I live in Oregon and the two of you have made me want to explore my surrounding areas even more! I also have an old rv and I love what you said about people turning around when they see your rig. They will assume it’s crappy inside or criminals. The looks are truly the only defense we truly have. And you two can definitely do a week off the grid! I did it last summer in 100+ degree weather for 8 days. With no air conditioning. River and lakeside camping take care of water needs because I have filters. I don’t use my house battery unless absolutely necessary if I’m stationary. I hate filling up my waste tank because my 1978 rv only has one tank for everything. I mostly potty outside with the animals and put a basin in my sink to catch wastewater that can be tossed. Slowroamer has an old rig in the desert and is never on the grid. I haven’t driven my rv to Utah, but I have a feeling that you two are going to make me wanna change my plans!
Absolutely love the Koozies! Thanks for the entertainment and showing us the beauty of The States. You guys do a tremendous job! All the behind the scenes stuff is great, shows the reality of what you guys have to go through to provides quality content.
my first video watched my observation is the lady is very wholesome person make me feel happy to see her happy nice vibe lovely stuff proper fish n chips round my way pop over.
One of my favourite videos from you guys. I knew nothing about Idaho's landscape so it was really interesting to see some of that scenery. And that was one cool park-up.
If you want to continue your adventure in Utah, then I highly recommend that you take highway 128 from Moab. Follow the Colorado River to the Fisher Towers. Thank me later😊.
Another fantastic episode! Admire watching your travels in the cold! Van looks so good, glad you’re making the most of it! Never miss your adventures, always interesting to us from Melbourne Australia!
Idaho is a great state to off-grid travel. Your's is the second review of this awesome little camp spot that I've seen in the past few months. Book-marking it for the next time I'm going thru that area. Great content lately, keep it up.
It's a gorgeous place you had for the night. I've been to shown falls, and you're right. It is way less than it normally is you can't even imagine Moses. Rocks don't even show there's so much water. But the Snake River is amazing because that entire area from Yellowstone to the Columbia river in this part of Idaho is all watered by this river. That starts just coming out of the ground in yellowstone. So many reservoirs and dams and power stations it waters the entire southern idaho area. So fun watching you go through places i've been, Cause I live in portland oregon. Blessings
Thank you so much for putting our little town on your channel. I am the person that cooked your meal at the Riverboat restaurant in Hagerman,ID. Thank you for the compliments as well. Have fun at n your future adventures.

Amen 😂❤❤to that!!
I remember when Evil Knievel jumped the Snake River! I’m NOT old. 😂❤
Definitely not! 😁 I bet that was wild to watch. That man was fearless!
Appreciate you not skipping Idaho =) Its an incredible state.
We had an absolute blast in Idaho! Definitely glad we got to spend some time there 😍
Honestly, Eric and Alison, a lot of the time your videos are more interesting and entertaining than even some of the new movies and tv shows coming out. Keep doing what you’re doing. I much appreciate your letting us (armchair) travel along with you on your cheery adventures!

You guys have opened my eyes to Idaho. So much more there than I ever thought there was!
Right?! Idaho definitely doesn't get the loving it deserves - it's pretty dang cool!
I agree. But then again I live here! 🤣
Not many tourists come to my area in Idaho. Was thinking, nice jacket Alison 👍
Fish & Chips??? That's why I watched this episode!!! And dang, did those Fish & Chips look good!!!
They were SO GOOD!
Awwww, it's so weird how y'all are hankering for warmth when I'm sitting here in a t-shirt in 82 degrees wishing I was enjoying the snow!!! 😄
We'll happily trade you places! 🥶
Idaho weather is crazy like that. You can see all 4 seasons in one day. Glad your enjoying my side of the State!
I believe Schaeffer‘s Oil Company in St. Louis still offers their Black Beauty grease which they sold to settlers back in the day to grease their wagon axles as they were heading west. The oldest oil company in the US. Great video👍
Love the slow motion shot of that little critter. You always get good wildlife photography 😊
The theme of this video was Rock 🪨 From the epic Rock facing you pulled up to... then Leaning Rock and the ending Rock views.
You guys have opened my eyes to Idaho) thanks a lot)))
Great video legends - hi all the way from Australia 🇦🇺
Southern Idaho has been my home for over a decade. Love it here!
You guys are great. Love the new jacket and your enthusiasm for the travel. Hope the new power station gets you off grid for longer.
I loved the jacket too. That power station was a beast!
I love your jacket. You now have me scouring eBay, although whether I find similar in the UK is doubtful. Looks fab on you.
Nice RV inside looks warm & cozy
I enjoy all the history and added information you talk about at locations. It's nice you're not just seeing places to mark them off a map but really learning and experiencing them! Wishing you more happy adventures!!!
I got photos of and videos of the jumpers on that bridge, that is also the Evil Kieval monument is there too.
I was admiring your cool jacket! Very cool American style fabric

Sadly I don't think we'll get that far south on this trip, but (spoiler) we are in Utah and have been absolutely loving the warmer weather! ☀️
This is one of the better meals I ever saw you make with the delicious looking ribeye steak an the grilled shrimp skewers. I'm impressed by this meal❤

Wow, what an incredible adventure in Idaho! The scenery, from the majestic canyons to the snowy landscapes, is absolutely breathtaking.

The real question is if Eric ate a shrimp tail! Did nobody else notice?!?!? Lol
May I suggest Safety glasses aswell.
Remember that time I stabbed my tongue eating shrimp?

There's SO much cool stuff in southern Idaho. I couldn't get enough of the emigrant trails and wagon wheel ruts.
