That looks like it has a smog control pump... cuz mine doesn't come with it .. its it a California car ??? ... cuz I own 2 Trans am 77-78 and NO SMOG PUMP ON NIEIHER ONE OF THEM....???...

The 401 only came with a 4-speed manual.
