EP.2 - Catch & Cook: Bream Thai Green Curry & Rice in Gladstone (QLD)

Afternoon trip to Gladstone (QLD) chasing a feed of Bream!
Fishing one of the urban tidal creeks at a small junction with running water i used some chicken breast chunks as bait. Casting into current produced good bites within minutes and on the 3rd bait I managed to snag a nice 28cm Bream.
Cooking with my Trangia 27-1 Stove, I made some rice before pan searing the Bream and then cooking it in ‪@Marionskitchen‬ new Thai Green Curry with coconut milk. Turned out really nice, lovely Thai Green Curry flavour and absolutely beautiful with fresh fish.
