The girl dancing is a background dancer thats part of the performance. If you watch the music video, one of the members, Eunhyuk, dances with a girl in the last chorus. In this live version, he doesn't dance with her though. He does dance in another live performance though.
Whatever live you watch from Super Junior, they will go above and beyond, and make it a Super Show, which is what their tours are called. This was the 6th Super Show they did back in 2014-2015, and currently there have been 7 so far. Whatever live they do, they will make it their own concert, and take over the stage :)
It's like a story with 2 MV's. In their album they had 2 opposite ballad songs. One called "This is love" and another called "Evanesce" (pass out of memory or existence not Evanescence😂). So they combined the songs in the MVs because they are shot on the same set with the same outfits but with the opposite feelings. One describes the beginnings of Falling in love, while the other the feels of that love fading and the relationship breaking or remembering that past relationship.

This song was released together with “This is Love” which shows the happy/giddy side of being in love while “Evanesce” is the painful part of love or like a break up song. Both MV are directed by Shindong, one of there members. The MV of Evanesce has a part where Eunhyuk (Main Dancer) is the one dancing with the girl... that is why there are dancer enacting it on stage. 😁

Where this is love is all about the joys & discoveries of new love this song is the sadder side of love nearing the end. Both music videos are nicely done, use the same set but with different sounds, colour tones and feelings. The thing about Suju also is that due to army enlistments their members have had to move around positions so they literally can overlap their roles. This fact also means that depending on what concert performance you watch/ listen to you may be hearing different members doing different parts. It is also sometimes the same with their choreography positions. For Suju one song and dance can often have multiple versions depending on it's release. Just letting you know about this because if people request something Suju to you that you've already reacted to, then you can still do it again but just select it from another super show or stage performance. :)
