As an off road guy, how in the heck do guys run 4wd like that without grenading the t-case?!?! I'd love to know his f/r gear ratios. Are they the same, as in all 4wd's? Gears offset? Runnin' an NP205? Ahhhh! I've got so many questions my head is spinnin', LOL. Absolutely beautiful Chevy, regardless.
There is a guy on the BigKleib34 youtube channel thats putting 1100 horsepower through the stock transfer case on a 4x4 drag truck. Apparently it'll hold the power.
If i recall correctly the trucks 4wd not awd and he puts it in 2hi for the burnout then shifts into 4. The truck goes by prime c10 on youtube and instagram
Purpose in the burnout is to heat the tires up for better traction. If he's counting on the 2 front tires to help go faster, why wouldn't he heat them up too ? If it is 4WD ??
