@@LennonRBLX maybe the coordinates, you should change the ~~~ to the coordinates of your chests as shown in the video, I used ~~~ since it's a flat world but you need numbers in infinite worlds ex. ~~~ -> 10 20 10
Chain Command blocks are always set to "always active" and some of the repeat command block has "always active" too, so maybe rewatch the video to see what you might have done wrong
Change the crate Key from white candle to the crate Key you want, then put the crate Key you want in the chest that testing if the key is there, like the chest under the crate in the video
