@@alliepaigeart Thanks. I've tried linen and cross-stitch fabric and I find it unprecise and hard to draw on. I'll give this a try. Good video by the way thanks
If you go look at my long format videos there’s one on how to use a printer, and one without a printer. For this particular piece I printed my drawing onto the fabric
I stitch on canvas often, it’s just a move open weave so you need to be careful not to pull your stitches too tight or you can inadvertently pucker your fabric
Please make more video about thread painting🌹
More will be coming!
😃😍

Do you use sewing thread or specific embroidery thread?
I generally use DMC embroidery floss
Can you tell me what kind of fabric this is? Thanks
It’s Kona cotton

@@alliepaigeartIs there a specific brand of Kona fabric that you used? Can you send me the link to the website?
If it's done, what can we do with it? i m new 🫣
How did you transfer the drawing?
If you go look at my long format videos there’s one on how to use a printer, and one without a printer. For this particular piece I printed my drawing onto the fabric
You could use a carbon paper and copy from printou
For mine I use a light box, put the line drawing on it, fabric on top and trace it directly onto the fabric
Is canvas ok to use?
I stitch on canvas often, it’s just a move open weave so you need to be careful not to pull your stitches too tight or you can inadvertently pucker your fabric
