About Dimash: can you name another singer who can sing so quietly that he is on the verge of losing it entirely and falling awkwardly silent? He's right on the edge, but he never fails. His control is inhuman.
But the conviction with which he conveys the lyrics is anything but inhuman. He believes what he is singing. He persuades us he is sincere.
The arrangement is perfection. Who arranged this song? It's the ideal melding of instruments and voice.
The staging is beautiful, too. Dimash is surrounded by artists possessing marvelous imagination and skill.

Amanat is a capacious word, one word can not be translated. Amanat is a PARTING WORD from very respected elders. DIMASH is a Kazakh and sings in the Kazakh language. And the panorama from behind is the Alatau Mountains and red tulips bloom at the foot.

Kazakhstan's genius teen composer Nurali Beysekozha dedicated a waltz he wrote to Dimash Kudiabergen entitled "The Bright Star of the Universe" Nurali is being compared to Mozart and Chopin, How does Kazakhstan produce so much talent? The entire nation is dedicated to all the arts, and it shows. I watched a video of Nurali playing the waltz on piano and photos of Dimash appearing during his playing. Good tribute to a legend.
Amanat, to me, is the type of song that doesn't need translation. I often don't learn the English lyrics to Dimash's songs. I'm moved by the melody and Dimash's stage presence.
This a meditation song. He keeps all the time the classical sitting position known in yoga as Sukhansana. It is a comfort cross-legged pose recommended for those who have difficulty sitting for a long period of time. He is a tall man. His upper body remains straight, belly breathing and singing.Thus his body is relaxed and remains motionless during the whole performance. The set design is flying all the time and the main and repetitive musical phrase is a lullaby. Self-absorption is the intended emotional outcome.

Thank you so much for reaction this song. To be a kazakh, especially grew up in traditional kazakh family, Dimash`s kazakh songs are resonant with me as well. For the past two centuries, kazakh people had suffered too much, actually still suffering in some way. I think he is waking up some kazakh by his songs.

This song was recorded in his Digital concert but it was not showing in the concert we saw, maybe you confused it with Omir Oter, another great song. Agree with you. I think Omir Oter and Amanat have a lot in common, both are beautiful. Therefore, it was smart not to place them in one digital concert. Otherwise, they would have taken too much attention on themselves together. But now Amanat sounded like a continuation of the digital concert and this causes a pleasant feeling of nostalgia for the concert.
