Same! I like how all 3 of them had a beef (not really a beef but yeah XD) in early story and now are in a same team.
I'm gonna pull Lee cuz:
1. I don't care meta
2. Which obviously means i'm not competitive player
3. He's fun to play
4. Mult*Lee*verse team
5. Spare 2nd fire units in the future, just in case
you're wrong if you care about meta you pull lee and invest in him

Lee is closer to a year of high damage and fire supremacy over everyone else, with Watanabe about that far out. He's also still necessary for filling in the gaps that Watanabe will need filled. One unit is never an answer in these games. Teams are the way.

Pulling Lee because I dont want to bother waiting 6 months for Wata. I dont have Nanamech, only Liv emp and I must say doing fire content feels miserable with only Palefire. Hoping the gacha will be nice to me because most of these funds are for Alpha CW

Without the tank shredder your fire team dmg is still a cope

I dont know why we talking about waiting for Watanabe, if your playing the game and have been for at least 2 months now, you can pull Lee and pull Watanabe later, its not like if you pull Lee, you lose out on Watanabe. Now if your starting now.... maybe you might just wanna wait for Alpha, but do know having Watanabe only, won't mean your fire team is great, at least if you pull Lee, before Watanabe comes out, the anniversary will have a 100% choice pull that you can use to get Liv: Empyrea and then the patch after get Watanabe, and have the fire meta team. But if you skip.... well you wont be able to do that.
I dont pull him right now. Cause i plan to get all Ampli to SS3(except Selene to SSS) + their signature first. And im always prefer Support meta than DPS meta.

I don't think most players will skip, anyone even remotely caring about War Zone and Pain Cage will pull him. Anything else will result in massive pain for another year.
Uhhhhhh watanabe is a fire tank....... Not like Lee, who is OP asf to the point that its not even funny anymore
His core passive cooldown really ruins him tho....and S Wata has more field time than him due to this (more field time = more damage)

Thank you for Full explanation between Watanabe and lee I see a lot people skip Lee without any explanation they just said wata better but give you me every rank explaining from S to SSS that really good for me and now I understand and I think Lee is better for f2p because just need one copy 15k BC but wata need more copy to better than lee f2p skip some other characters for wata and we all know what come next year skipping each one of them going be down side your team
yeah simply like that. watanabe looks extraordinary when SS3 and his fanciest feature on SSS so kinda fair if some people said he is more into the expensive side
I will explain how it looks from perspective of newer player,i have literally 0 fire units,a rank tank not exist even in cn till this moment, so basically i have to play only him, building fire team gonna take time to wata release anyway to at least compete at some point,lee need his signature to not cope with entering his core passive, and to top that he have 8 sec cd on his core,what making him really cope to play if u don't wanna pull signature, and when in 2 patches gonna be cw who have no downtime at all and can carry u without teammates,yeah,i better get her to ss3 or potentially to sss with lamia free char selector and use it in fire wz than building fire team,and wata+liv leap can literally remove lee from fire team by any davinci user, so unless u collecting all chars,or veteran with already build fire team and lee gonna make your team better immediately, he not worth spending my cards

why not pull both watanabe and lee? i think they will work together prety well, beside watanabe banner still atleast more than 6 moth form now
Wow, I'm late here ik but thank the yt algorithm.
After playing with Lee, for a while here's what's great about him: Highest dps in the fire team.
He has a really safe kit allowing you to take hits and he will dodge by himself.
Having his Sig weapon will make you able to speedrun some ppc bosses and help with your wz rotations.
Also, he's most likely dealing more dmg than Watanabe too so you better get them both as Watanabe is a tank who provides res reduction, good damage and powercreeping Nanamech and... that's about it. Watanabe can't deal all the damage in your fire team because he's just a tank meanwhile Lee is the dps.
I have 36k bc and i want bianca's gacha coating too and i got nanami starfarer on normal pulls (lucky) should i pull for hyperlee or save for SS(or higher) alpha crimson weave and bianca's coating or just S alpha weave is enough?
You can get SS alpha for using ppc skull which is already good enough
36K is more than enough to guarantee Lee, Crimson Weave AND the coating if you keep playing regularly, so no worries. And yes, with Pain Cage you can also get all of them to SS on top of that^^

I have nanami idk if I should get lee or not. I want alpha but lee would be amazing to get for my 3 built team
If you play regularly you can just get both, no problem at all.
Do you think that one day Lee hyperreal will have some leap system to balance things out?
I'm not sure. Kuro is quite random with that. So for me just expect nothing
The problem with leaps is that they are used when characters are falling behind, which Lee isn't. He is still by far the best Fire Attacker and at low investment he is also much stronger than Wata, so there's no need for a leap for now. So by the time he will get a leap he will probably have an actual replacement that's better.

Just started the game a week ago so too late to get Lee. Such a shame, cause I got Liv Empyrea from my first 40. It'll be a while before I can even use her on a fire team despite hoa good she is since I missed Lee and the new Nanami.
if you are new you can use empyrea as off element for a while bacause she is amplifier it give bonus element if you switch from liv unless you have other element fully build. You may pull lee on anniversary banner (around june - july) it will 100% too & maybe you can get watanabe S around september
@@chandragon23 Ah I was actually considering Bianca Stigmata for the anniversary banner since it's around the same time we get the most badass amplifier Alisa (she's an archer with a stand I love her) and I'm using my S-rank selector on Rozen. I didn't really consider Lee as another option for that Anniversary banner though that's a good idea too...

Im torn between them because I love both Lee and Watanabe, but I also need balance to my current fire team. I have A rank Lee and A rank Karenina, Pulse Nanami, and Sophia..they are my weakest team right now 😢 should I get Hyperreal Lee or Watanabe ??

Do you play regularly like every day? if yes its actually possible to get both of them but you need to play everyday daily & all events as F2P case. Because usually every 2 patch you can get around 15k or even more and enough to get everyone at least at S. However just remember don't pull any weapon, Ayla S and Alisa to make it possible. but in the end its your choice. Choose the path that you feel you can enjoy the game more because that the most important. Good luck!
@@Kooki_Mawnster As f2p, you don't really have to skip anyone unless you're also aiming for their weapons. you can pretty much mostly pull all of them if you play consistently.
Just get both. In PGR there's never a reason to skip anyone. Also it's not like Wata is around the corner, he is literally still a whole year away. Skipping Lee now will literally not change anything, except that your fire team will be terrible until then.
how long each character get rate up again from first debut banner?
usually less than 3 months but the rate is no longer 100% but 70% if you want to get the 100% again wait for half anniversary or anniversary banner

I'm having like 22k BC and 2500 tickets....."maybe" will try to get him, i think(?).... since i started fresh around Haicma's debut, got Bianca Stigmata also.... so like my only noted team for now are the Dark Team (Vera Rozen, Luna Laurel, and No.21 (soon to be change to Selena Capriccio on one of them which i got from basic Construct tickets a bit recently)), and Physical WIP Team (Bianca Stigmata, Liv Luminance, and Rosetta Rigor)
so like, i don't have yet a started team for fire sadly, so no Nanami Starfarer and no Liv Empyrea 😅, plus Lucia Crimson Weave is coming by next year (in which, got to think of it, i don't have any Lightning team also yet lols XD)
almost forgot, im f2p iin this game so.... yeah.... big decisions since that's what i have right now :'D...
yeah in the end depends also your plans & what you progress it can change the priority too

You have more than enough tickets to get both, and since you have neither team, you might as well just get started on both teams, should probably get you farther, especially if you're F2P.

@@lionelsioco123 Oh, I misread that. Yeah, both are guaranteed, as long as you keep playing. You could even skip an entire patch and still have enough xD If you don't skip tho you should even have enough to get on of their weapons too, if you so choose^^

You can skip if you want because you haven't start it to build fire team
You could, he would certainly make any fire related content easier, also there's no reason to skip S ranks if you play regularly, so it's not like you would miss out on anything.

Well, if you don't have any fire character he would be a massive blessing for War Zone, Pan Cage and any other fire-related content. And if you currently struggle with that content, just keep in mind it will take at least another year of the same struggle if you skip him now xD
Well, If u can have both of them, why not? I mean Watanabe is Tank and Lee is Attacker. 🤣 On field dps are fun but they take away the fun of doing rotation. Two characters are there only to trigger QTE which is meh.

SS? Or SSS? Because SS is just pulling 1 copy and then using paincage shards to get to SS.
if you want SS just slowly get from PPC shop so you only need 1 S. If its SS3 then that's different

@@gorisme Thankfully for me. I skipped using ppc shards on all gen 1 characters except Lucia Plume and Veritas. Not on purpose, I just straight up forgot ppc shards were a thing lol. So I have a lot to use now which I only use on characters that really really need it.
