I love your videos. I'm looking to begin making mala beads for my clients. I have never bought mala beads that are knotted in between each mala bead. I use them extensively and like to feel them move between my fingers during prayers and chanting. Now i need to decide if i want to do this for my people or not.
Thank you so much! This video was a blessing for me, I’ve never made a mala before but I wanted to repair my mala after it broke and this video was exactly what I needed. Also, the knowledge you hold is beautiful, this video contains so much information beyond just the craft of the mala. Thank you infinitely!

Hi Sarita. Love the meaning behind the Mala that you shared. I have a question. When you strung the cord on the beads did you double it? Is that why there are two pieces coming out of each side? Thank you. Namaste!
can you please tell me how do you call the string that makes up the tassel? Where can I find it? And also hw do you call the loop string that is used to make the tassel? Thanks
Thank you so much for your lovely videos. Learning the meaning of each step, the mantra you do is so important to me to learn and understand. I am making my first Mala. Sarita, can I mix beads, such as lapis, green jade, white opal and brown jasper to make a mala? Is that acceptable? Thank you. Namasté
