Tip from assembling automatic gearboxes that have similar lip seals, get yourself some clear mylar sheet - you wrap it around the seal and you can push it back in.

Its more so his willingness to just dive in and really get his hands dirty and his mind ready to learn new things. Anyone can learn how to do something new and complex if they want to. Just have to have the willpower/motivation!

You should get Steve Morris to build and send you a SMX for her. Then it would be cabable of up to 5000 hp when you need it safely without worrying about self destruction.

Saw you on the Sunday Kev. I didn't appreciate just how low and wide Game Over was until I saw it side by side with the others: looked awesome! You definitely had a great outing - loved the jumps and Donuts!! .. and you managed to not roll it over like Joker did! 😄
He’s installed the traxxas wide kit.
Kev I was a hydraulic mechanic most of my life. Use an o ring pick carefully to get the lip of the U seal to start in the slight taper of the cylinder. The hose clamp can Nick the seal as you’re pushing it in.

You need to square your rear axle to the frame. Then you can square your fronts to the squared rears. Then you can set the toe in. Easy peasy.

Did you ever figure out why the bar bent?
I knew right away what did it.
When you went over the big jump the back wheel on one side got hooked, it made you crooked on the way down.
Because it was the back axle, and the bar is on the back side of the axle, and only one back tire caught the whole weight of the truck, it tried to compress the bar, and since it cant compress it bent.
You are correct in thinking dual bars will make it stronger i'd do it on the front too.
Maybe the lower 4 links as well, if you can do inside and outside of the chassis would be cool, not sure anyone has done that yet but im sure you would never bend one after that, although not really an issue any more, bent 4 link bars is not as common as it once was.

Commenting early just to say I quite enjoy Kevin's videos. I do wish he did more true budget stuff, but I guess there are always more creators who do that.
For now I'll enjoy my cheap ecx circuit with a 3s capable goolrc system in it lol. Cheap, but gets to 40mph on 2s, and just around 60 on 3s
I agree there are some amazing budget rc cars like hyper go and hoisom and wl toys and so many more good point 👍!
His last video was all budget RCs.

@@carsonscustombricks5272 Just keep commenting you want more budget-friendly RCs. He will eventually give in and post more. The more people that ask the more chance of it happening. He's pretty good at posting videos his subscribers want. I think the problem with budget-friendly RCs is logistics. They can take a month or longer to get to the UK. Hopefully, he sees your comments and posts more.
