Thank you!!! thank you!! thank you!! For going to Miki’s!!! My husband lived in Hawaii for a couple of years and Miki’s is all he ever talks about 😂🖤 he misses it so much! You guys made his year! Thank you!
Love this series! That first taco legit looks like the most divine thing I've ever seen on your channel!!! And I've seen a lot of divine meals thanks to you two!
Aloha Amanda & Felix and Yvonne. So much good food for late night eats out where you live, mahalo for showing all of this in your video. Have a great weekend!
First thing I did when our power came back was watch ur vídeo😊. da seafood cartel looks so ono.... everything looked so ono! Mahalos and hope u have a great weekend!
Hi Amanda and Felix. Happy New Year. I was born and raised in Aiea. I lived very close to the service station. Is the service station no longer owned by Wally’s too? The food looked delicious. 🥰 I agree with your other viewer, after you were married you both look younger😊 Amanda is beautiful and Felix you are handsome as ever🤣 Marriage really suits you, you were meant to be married.❤️ Take care and sending you blessings, also to DaVon and Lucy. 🥰
The old gas station is now owned by the same owners as 49iner diner 👍 da seafood cartel is a product of the wife. Her and her daughter runs the Mexican restaurant 👍 very delicious! Mahalo for watching! 🤙
@@AmandaFelixEats it's sad that they did away with the restaurant. Wally's had an a awesome hamburger steak that could beat Amanda's and Felix loco moco episode. Amanda and Felix are awesome.
Da Seafood Cartel looked incredible. I will be over in Oahu in April with my daughter and Son and I am figuring out how we can get there. Thank you for all your amazing videos I am loving them. Amanda you look absolutely gorgeous hun....... oh you do to Felix. 😅. I love it when your sister is on and gives her thoughts on the meals also. Can't wait to get over there and start trying some of these places. Specially the hidden gems 💎 that your showing atm. 🇦🇺🇦🇺💖💖
We love miki’s!!! My husband was born & raised in Oahu and he tells me this is the “after clubbing” go to spot back in the day! Every time we visit, we have to get Miki’s (esp teri meatballs & beef stew)!
I love you guys. My wife and I are going to Oahu beginning of March. Can't wait to check out some of the places you show cased. Keep up the awesome work you do.
Mahalo for the review! I've been wanting to try the Seafood Cartel. I will be trying it out and lett8ng them know I was sent by you guys! Miki's back in the day was a lot better. But, still an ok hole in the wall place in Pearl City. I live right up the street from there. 🍍😎🤙🌴🥥🌺🌈
Ohh snap. Miki’s would be the spot we’d go to every weekend after drinking 20 years ago lol. They’d stay open till they ran out of food and some weekends they’d run out early at times. Miss that place. Oh, and I see you’re in the Longs parking lot at Pearlridge :))
Aloha, Amanda & Felix...The Seafood Cartel is on my bucket list. Every time I pass by, it is always crowded so i never stop Lol! Miki's oh my, I grew up in Pearl City and this place brings back childhood memories with my dad. My go to plate then was the beef curry and the Teri meatballs (yum). And way back in time they used to sell Manapua too. Felix was spot on at this place. And if you go way back in time in Pearl City, they had two drive ins that were bomb. SCOTTYS (mustard mayo burgers) and BLUEBIRDS. OMG how I really miss these places. Thank you for the hole in the wall surprises. Love this content and always look forward to more.
Looks like you are in the Pearlridge Center downstairs parking lot close to Longs. I grew up in Pearl City, 2 miles from Miki's but for some reason never visited. Probably because our late night spot was usually Ana Millers or Zippys. Great video and Happy New Year!
Aloha guys 🌺 , omg at a gas station with fresh seafood 😳 sign me up looked so yummy , love how you guys go to the support the OG places , so glad Yvonne “Davonne” was able to join you , I ❤ her critiquing of the dishes you tried 👍👍👍❤

Hoo that Pastele stew and Teri meatballs looks so ono, that’s a great combo plate. I haven’t had Miki’s in soooooo long. We’re coming to visit Oahu next year, I gotta add them on one of our stops 🤩 Teenage memories
I’ve always wondered about that Mop’s Central truck. I pass by it all the time. Each time it’s never been open. Guess I was just too early. NOW I know where to go for late night lobster!😁 BIG MAHALO ‼️🤙🏽
Wow, I've lived here all my life and never knew about these places! Love this new series and can't wait to see more. I'd tried Da Seafood Cartel's ceviche, but never knew they had all that other great food. Must check it out....hoping I can get there by rail! 😆
😂😂 Amanda with the happy yummy dance at Da Seafood Cartel. Gotta try that place fo’sho! 🤙🏽🤙🏽 Happy to see Yvonne join you guys for the ono grinds. Cheeehoooo!!
Feliz Viernes Foodie Ohana! I’m so glad to see you tasting and eating food from my neck of the desert. What an amazing little restaurant in Oahu to represent Mexican mariscos. When you come to AZ, I’ll take you to some legit places. Love you guys! 🤙🏽❤️🍤🥩🐟🔥🌴
MIKI's!!! Use to go here all the time, even when I drove our work Semi-Truck early morning in the 90s., got the stew and rice or Lau Lau or of course the Teri meatballs!!! Always Cash$$$ and $6 or $7 back in DA DAY! Keep up the good work!!!
Hello Amanda and Felix, Happy New Years, you were eating in the Pearlridge Shopping Center Wai Makai Parking lot by Longs Drugs and Chilis restaurant Chilis use to be the old McDonald’s across from were the Pearlridge theaters were its Straub Clinic now. Lots of changes since my Hana budda days. Stay safe and keep on making your AWESOME videos. AL.
Love the food vids! Helps me check out places I've never been. One place you guys should check out when you get the chance, it's in waipahu and a late night eat, K's Bento after 10pm. You'll get their famous chicken fried FRESH, dipped in that unforgettable sauce of theirs and everything else that goes into their bento! IYKYK kine tingz!! Don't be fooled if their sign says they're "c l o s e d" after 10.
I drive by Wally's and had noticed it's a food place. Never gave it a second thought. May have to give it a try next time in Hawaii. Looks delish! Way to sell it. "school lunch." "Mystery meat." 🤣🤣
Wish I seen this video last year. Last October, I took my parents to the Journey concert, and when was pau, we couldn't find a place to eat. Well, we did, Jack In The Box in Waipio, but drive thru only. Concert got out at 10, we never find one place to eat until 1130, 12am. I know we never get home till 130am.
Thanks for visiting my neighborhood! So if anyone can confirm this for me...was Mikis previously an okazuya? I remember a place down in the PC Peninsula where we would get okazuya. I swear it was this place. Hope someone can confirm this. Amazing the place is still running! Great eats late at night! Hi Vonnie!
For as long as I could remember it's always been a take out plate lunch spot 🤔 maybe at one point it was okazuya? Not too sure. Either way, definitely a nostalgic place! 🤙
I'm pretty sure it started out as an okazuya in the late '50's or early '60's. Plate lunches used to be 50 cents and rose to 75 cents - paper plate wrapped in white paper held together with a rubber band. The curry stew was so ono. BTW, I think next door used to be a pool hall and on the makai corner used to be Flo's Min, a florist and saimin stand (some Pearl City nostalgia).
@cassikawamura7591 thanks for the info. My sister thinks it was either the same place or another location close by. Either way, thanks for the confirmation about the Okazuya!

lol, when I first moved out I used to buy the frozen meatballs at Costco and cook it in teriyaki sauce. Easy and relatively cheap.
