In some ways it sucks if Cavil never gets to dawn the S again, but in other way's, its better than watching him being put in another Whedon type situation again by the WB. Reality is that it took a massive fucken effort to get this film out, and the WB does not give a fuck about their fans, or what they want. Ultimately us real DC fans are just a people without a home. I'm just happy that we at least got 3 solid films of him playing a modern day big blue. I've heard rumors he might be picking up where Hugh Jackman left off, and tbh, wolverine would have been a hard cast but Cavil can do it. It would be interesting if he never becomes Superman again, but his entire career is spent defining the modern day superhero. Considering how stale the industry is maybe that would be for the best.
As a non DC fan who used to not give a crap about DC or its lore, the Snyder Cut completely changed everything for me and made me love DC more than Marvel.

Too think anytime JL fought darkseid it was just a proxy the real sied accidentally tripped one time and nearly destroyed everything darkseid is smarter in my opinion because if he ever finds a way to enter there reality without shattering the universe he’ll know all there moves and tatics the mans a warlord a conquer and somewhat of a ok farther lol as long as you don’t disappoint the proxy is like 25 maybe 30 percent of his actual power that’s insane what he’s capable of

This exactly why I prefer DC. Because they actually make you think about how these heroes and villains have repercussions in the real world. The film was a complete package and an epic journey from start to finish. I love the graphic novels used, the properly executed punchlines, and the background of the characters introduced. This movie did a great job showing the sheer power and destructive capabilities of Demi-gods/Superheroes/Heroes/Kryptonians under on Earth. I am insanely in love with this cinematography and combat sequence. Notice how the female characters didn't bash the man's masculinity or invoke any "girl power" nonsense? And still, they came off as a powerful female character in the movie. (WW, Faora, Luis Lane, Mera, HQ and Martha). That's good writing by Goyer, the Nolan brothers, and Zack Snyder. Also brilliant acting by everyone. First of all Story and Screenplay are two different things. Second of all am talking about the overall DCEU films not only Justice League. But nonetheless great observation. I really like the story, screenplay, and direction of DCEU films. DC is very different and offers a variety of genres within a universe.
Bruh I'm neutral when it comes to comics, Marvels been killing it, I'm not gonna say all of there shit's been perfect. The one small opinion I'm in the minority is my disappointment with the portrayal of Thanos, there's a laundry list of reasons why first being, he's my favorite character so this something I know. That being said, Darksied? Man... Snyder nailed this man bruh, his dialogue, his aura, how truly terrifying he was, the line he gave about crushing 100 thousand worlds, walking across there dust.
