He’s actually the best party member when it comes to physical damage output (especially if you raise his agility or luck), and he tanks damage quite well. I tend to use a more offense-oriented party mix, and he’s perfect for that.
Love watching your videos. Evangelion is such an old show growing up love the movies aswell. Rei and Asuka are my favourite characters. My partner has his Eva-01 since it first came out growing up still in great condition. I like buying figures which aren’t too cartoonish looking and buy base on the show and movies. I have Rei with her triton thing and one with her long hair. Also Asuka with her sword and eye patch and another just a standing figure her costume a bit torn. I definitely prefer matte figurines looks more better quality than the shiny texture ones. I always worry buying online in case the paint job is bad or the company isn’t great and the shipping costs can be crazy too.
Before A/C, people used ice to cool. You can still do that. Chuck a dozen bottles of water into the freezer the day before, then place them around the room when you film and need to turn off the A/C I used to do that when my A/C was old and doesn't work very well, so I supplement it with ice.
I ordered the dress version of the Luo Tianyi figure, but I had to use AmiAmi's shipping service, so I won't be getting her for a while. Seeing how nice the street wear version was, I'm even more excited to receive her!

Hi Gwyn, I was wondering if you could explain how the TBD shipping charge on amiami works? It seems somewhat sketchy to me as someone who's never seen a website calculate shipping post-ordering.
Hi! Amiami is a very reputable site but they do have pretty pricy shipping and a weird payment model! Basically how it works is since they take preorders for figures that they don't know the dimensions of and because they allow a lot of flexibility in how you can combine your orders they only give a shipping invoice when everything is in stock and ready to ship. They ask you to choose a shipping and payment method when you place an order but when they send you the actual payment invoice they will give you multiple shipping options at various price points. Most countries have surface shipping available which can take 1-4 months but it usually costs around $25-$60 for massive boxes.
I didn’t know AmiAmi had boxes this big, why won’t they ship some figures together? I just bought the Phat Company Semiramis & the Revolve Asuka and they wouldn’t ship anything with the Semiramis, so I had to pay separate shipping.
My god, you got that for ¥19k? That’s unbelievable, I thought you were going to say ¥40k haha, there’s just so much there with the base, the Rei was more expensive and there’s absolutely nothing to that figure.
