BRENT its sonny from facebook ty for posting this. have alpha team build a hang climb and to really do great try like, instead of training and just going through obstacles normally try like doing the salmon ladder with a thirty pound bag or the hang climb or to do whatever makes you handicapped. after thouroughly doing that do it normally and you will blow through everything. :)

Hey, Brent, if you read this, I just want to say sorry that you didn't make it this year. It had to SUCK going down in qualifying the way you did. But, that's the nature of the beast. When veterans like you, Flip, and Drew flop, it just goes to show that failure is always an option. At least you were a good sport about it, staying on to support Kacy, Dillon, and others. I hope you keep coming back and one day go all the way! Good luck to both you and Kacy next year!

Hey brwnt saw u got out this year in qualifying VERY SURPRISED! And dissapointed ;(.... But will you get picked as a wild card for mt mdoriama like last year vecause u like set history i think you shoukd bcuz u is a tank and set history hope to see tou on tv at mt mdoriama competeing
