Glad our driver walked away and yes it was disappointing but we will rebuild! Come over to see more of our vids on TH-cam at Spending Their Inheritance
We have been helping these guys with side track footage and they have been helping us with on board camera stuff. This family is very infectious to be around. Very kind people.
Glad Mary is okay, that was quite the ride for sure. Wonder what took so long for the kill switch to activate, she had to shut the engine down? Will be a new sub to your channel for sure!
This goes to show why the mini rods are so exciting to watch. You never know what's going to happen. These machines truly are the wildest vehicles in all of pulling. Glad the driver walked away. Might have gotten their bell rung a little, but glad they're ok.
Hell of a ride those little tractors. When that tractor flipped it landed right on the roll cage. What caused the explosion on the first tractor? Thanks for the ride fella. Always wanted to ride one of those things...
It was a burst panel and possibly a fuel line fitting. They came back and said it was just a burst panel but they couldn't get it fixed before the end of the class.
Those wild little things need double front steer axles, as for the lady who crashed, fixit and keep on trucking. I've gone down on 2 wheels a few times at high speed, still have my rice cookers.
The kill switch ring curled apart. It was not a solid ring. So that will likely be added to the items for change in this class. A lot of pullers you key rings for kill switches. Some however are solid rings. So they say if you have a key ring it has to be welded so it’s solid.
@WWPTV Video Also think just for a backup a side official should have a remote to activate the kill cable on the sled, seen a number of occasions where the sled operator "seemed" slow to activate the kill line possibly due to can't always see what's happening. Personally also think the enclosed engine classes should have on board fire suppression. Granted these are a cost factor but safety is priceless.
WTF you mean to tell me that POS CONTRACTION don't have a kill switch... You clearly see that the driver was the one to stop that engine from hitting anyone ... 3:30 minute. Luckily the frame broke in half disconnecting the drive shaft. 4:11 Then you have a team member in red running with an injury to save the day .... Is that your safety backup.
It did have a kill switch that was unfurled as it was a key ring, not a solid ring. It will be a rule to have a solid ring and her name will be by it. Kind of interesting everyone is saying the same thing, but seldom that all the other safety gear did its job. Mary is fine. The tractor is destroyed. They are building back on a new chassis now. Thanks for your concern.
6👍's up WWPTV thank you for sharing
the flip was a wild one in my book
Good evening from Southeast South Dakota
This is what I'm talking about.
That was a wild and crazy night for sure.

Why didn´t the killswitch "kill" the engine???
Hope the bloke going for a tumble wasn't shook up to much, great rigs thanks for sharing, all the best to yous and your loved ones
03:11 And this entry nowbody was expecting the outcome.
3:25 damn 🧐 That must’ve took years of practice.

@@WWPTV maybe what they were thinking however you could see what appears to be fuel spraying out just prior to the burst plate going.

The tractor that flipped, why did her engine keep running after she broke loose? I thought safety cable cuts ignition?

I saw a different pov of Mary Kehl's wreck, she was fine but she looked so disappointed it was the saddest thing I've seen in a while
