I was surprised to see Dengar on here, specifically seeing him in the thumbnail before even watching the video. I immediately went to eBay and didn't see any for cheaper than $70 😮 it seemed like he was $20-$30 forever and then just ALL OF THE SUDDEN boom there he goes. Same with Rex, but I became aware of that a few months ago so I wasn't as surprised being reminded of it. We live in crazy times.

There was an issue with some of the HASCON Rex figures. A large number of them have plastic trays that are melted. Maybe they sat too long in an overheated shipping container or something. The figure itself is fine, but the packaging is part of the appeal of that figure.
Scalpers are bad, but the people with more money than sense who enable them are even worse. I dipped out of game collecting recently because of the astronomical price hikes to get back into toys, and it's just as bad if not worse.
yea its tough to try and go back and collect releases you missed. if you dont grab it during its release its almost not worth trying to get it sometimes

It makes more sense for it to be called Duel of Fates and have it be Obi-Wan vs Maul considering that their back and forth grudge match lasted from The Phantom Menace all the way to Star Wars Rebels, in which that final Duel would have changed the fate of Luke Skywalker and the remainder of the saga for that matter.
I’m so fortunate to have all of these figs. The young Obi Wan comes with an interchange peace sign hand, so you can put him in his epic pose. But it wasn’t included with the regular release. It’s so weird that Hasbro put it in a package that nobody will ever open but hasn’t used it since.

I picked up Grievous at Gamestop a couple months ago for $30 then and even now, only gamestop (and their counterpart ThinkGeek) sold him for $30 while every store around them sold over $50
I was lucky to find my Beskar Mando at Target because we had lost power during our October Ice Storm and needed a mini heater. Now I have him as well as some real metal custom Beskar slabs.

I found Aprha at the Disney Store in Jax, FL just before Christmas 2019 and then got Triple Zero for 60 on Amazon and I opened both. I need to hurry and get BT before he's a hundred bucks.
This should be done every year to keep everyone updated. I think it would make everyones life so much easier rather than searching on ebay, fb groups, etc because sometimes you might not even find it.
I'm glad I got most of these! Most of them i had to preorder. It's funny how I went from store shopping to web shopping to get them. Heck even the walmart exclusive clone wars asoka and all the other characters I had to preoder when they opened preorder at 10am and actually they opened preorders a few hours before the stated time I was lucky enough to be awake early and caught it before it sold out in minutes.

Just a suggestion and you should make a trading group help each other out in finding exclusives and trading or selling at smtp but hey its an idea. I got my rex sdcc on eBay for about 55$ and I noticed when the new star wars clone wars series hit this year he jumped up to 150$ and now is 100$ lol nice list I need a couple that was on this list and yes we need another qui gon I was lucky enough to get one but it's not in perfect condition, can't wait to see your next list keep it up, oh btw I committed on another video asking which black series figures you would like to see and I suggested mid age Luke Skywalker and heard they are making a Luke on crait figure woo hoo lol

And I'd be surprised if they ever get a re-stock. They're leaving so much money on the table. It costs them money to have empty Star Wars sections in a store. Immediately grabbed him for my brother, ended up getting the deathtrooper for myself & Phasma for my other brother. And the youngest bro got a knock-off pool toy Kylo Ren. Sorry buddy XD You never know what you'll find at seocnd-hand shops like that.
ok so a useful guide is actionfigure411.com, they have prices for all the black series figures. but you have to take them with a grain of salt because its an algorithm that comes up with the price based on amazon and ebay auctions mostly. so after i get that number (and some dont have a price on there) i look the figure up on amazon and ebay and see how it's listed for, what the cheapest one is, and how much it's sold for over the last couple months and adjust the price to what i think it would cost you to buy it now

I'm lucky hagkaup dropped captain rex to 500kr (2.50$) so I got him and emperor guard that day. And I'm happy my gf threw general grievous at me when I visited. But like you said, I had all three of aphra figures in my hands and I just put them aside and got qui gon jinn and that guy you play as in Jedi fallen order.

Also here's a thought, Lego has sets on shelves for a period of time, weather it be 2-5 years or whatever, before retiring them. And it seems like Hasbro will release a wave, and then after a few months it's all sold out, why don't they just release figures and keep their production up and retire them after a couple years? This would be great for a lot of people I feel.
for the popular figures they should do that, but they cant do that for the pegwarmers, we dont need any more. but they have the hardest time identifying what will sell and what wont, its absolutely insane

The best find I've gotten was a dewback with the sand trooper for 15$ at Walmart like a year and half ago

How do you get your prices for the list? Is it the average or the lowest on eBay or something?
ok so a useful guide is actionfigure411.com, they have prices for all the black series figures. but you have to take them with a grain of salt because its an algorithm that comes up with the price based on amazon and ebay auctions mostly. so after i get that number (and some dont have a price on there) i look the figure up on amazon and ebay and see how it's listed for, what the cheapest one is, and how much it's sold for over the last couple months and adjust the price to what i think it would cost you to buy it now

I'm lucky hagkaup dropped captain rex to 500kr (2.50$) so I got him and emperor guard that day. And I'm happy my gf threw general grievous at me when I visited. But like you said, I had all three of aphra figures in my hands and I just put them aside and got qui gon jinn and that guy you play as in Jedi fallen order.

Also here's a thought, Lego has sets on shelves for a period of time, weather it be 2-5 years or whatever, before retiring them. And it seems like Hasbro will release a wave, and then after a few months it's all sold out, why don't they just release figures and keep their production up and retire them after a couple years? This would be great for a lot of people I feel.
for the popular figures they should do that, but they cant do that for the pegwarmers, we dont need any more. but they have the hardest time identifying what will sell and what wont, its absolutely insane

I called every single five below in my area about a year and a half ago now became I heard they where getting black series captain Rex and at the time heard the Cody was coming out in the archive and just knew that the minute that gets released the Rex will sky rocket since every will want that duo on there shelves but long story short got the 60dollar fig for 3 dollars at five below
