So would u suggest using club mobay for arriving in Atlanta flying to Montego Bay or is it just for leaving out of Montego Bay to Atlanta
Club MoBay is only in Jamaica. It doesn’t exist in Atlanta. So, I would suggest using it when arriving into Montego Bay and also departing from Montego Bay.

No. Can be used for departure only. Arrivals will be at full cost.
No you cannot priority pass will not work on the arrival service you can use the fast track leaving those
Worth it for a Sandals trip?
I love Sandals. I would say yes. But it depends on what you are comparing it to. Couples Resorts are comparable. The food/drinks are generally of better quality than at most other all inclusives. They include quite a bit more than most other all inclusives. The quality of furnishings, decor, etc is very good. Compare the cost difference and see if it’s worth it to you.
So why is it cheaper for Just Americans. In the UK the prices are dearer.
I don’t know. I would have expected the price to be the same. How much is Club MoBay for UK citizens?
