I heard a couple of Charley's songs here on TH-cam and figured I'd buy one of his CDs. I bought the album entitled "The Valley" with this song on it. It was a great purchase. Thank you TH-cam for exposing me to this wonderful artist. Thank you Charley Crockett for making great music. To any who are on the fence about purchasing this CD, trust me, you won't regret it. It is absolutely awesome and worth every penny.

I was low too,lost my girl and she kept the dog,But when I heard the valley and more Charlie song in the cold Dallas winter I had to smile and drink a couple beers.
My grandfather was from San Benito Texas. He was born in a house with dirt floors, he always told me. There definitely isn’t any mountains in San Benito. God bless.

Apart from his unique voice and tone, the best about Charley Crockett is his story telling. He's such a natural when he sings, but the stories always have such poignancy. Kind of like the story of "every man", you know it could be you. The musicianship is brilliant, I can listen to his songs all day. The video production is excellent, again, the "story telling" is brilliant. I wish Charley the best, I'm glad he keeps of bringing songs like these!
Charley Crockett is an absolute boss! If you listen to his other music he spans so many genres! He’s so versatile and artistic! I found him and Colter Wall at about the same time and i still can’t get enough of them!
Just saw Charlie in concert in Pittsburgh last night. If you get a chance to see him live ABSOLUTELY go. One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. Absolutely blew me away.
Holy smokes! I've followed Ben on IG for a year or two (since his interview with Tanner Guzy), and I've just started listening to Charley within the last couple of weeks. So imagine my surprise watching this Western video and seeing my favorite Western photographer/videographer!
I hate country music but my uber driver just played this song and being from The Valley I naturally freaked out. The Valley does glow, but it takes a certain type of person to appreciate it. Thank you for this song .
The last couple of years I have fell in love with some great artists. Most notably, Marcus King and Billy Strings. I have seen both in concert and they put on amazing shows. Within the last month or so, I heard Charley Crockett on my local "indie" station, The River 93.9 in western Mass. I have always been a fan of the " older" sound of country.. By Golly if this man isn't channeling an old soul. He will be around my area with Chris Stapleton and nothing against that artist but I would love to see just Charley. Thank you for your sound!
