Sounds like you had a better experience than me. Only that first time of having spaghetti Bolognese was a pleasant experience, meal wise, at the bar. Glad you enjoyed the review and was able to relive time spent at the beautiful resort.

Really helpful to see in advance - On your A la carte comment, it seems this is the new norm for all inclusive, where they offer a complementary meal at one restaurant per stay etc. Or you have to book in advance and spend each day wrestling or queuing for a spot. I guess they redefined all inclusive and forgot to tell everyone else! Really odd that they charge for the room minibar too. Still, i’m hopeful we have a good couple of weeks here. Thanks again.
I've gotten fed up with the surface level reviews I come across when planning trips abroad so have taken it upon myself to do one whenever I go abroad. Glad you found it useful. Sounds like you've already booked the trip so I hope your stay turns out better than mine. Overall a nice resort, hopefully the food is better on your stay.

Great review as usual. Very thorough. In my experience and I haven't done that many all inclusives, the food has always been average or just under. The hotel looked enormous though. Lovely to see you and the family.
You're right, all inclusive food typically has very average food, although I had great experience in Dominican Republic. The thing is the sub standard level of this food was in unchartered territory.
@@RileySerola Oh lololol. I mean it's not funny being away and the food is crap. So I feel you on that and some of the pictures you showed the food did look less than 1 star. I did a cruise a long time ago and it was all-inclusive except for the a la carte which you paid extra for. The food was average at best, but eating average food all the time is not good for the psyche hahaha, especially when you're on holiday.

I thought the food would be important, but it wasn't really because breakfast was as you would expect and buffet lunch happened a couple of times because we couldn't dock or we had a day at sea. The rest of the afternoon we ate out. Dinner was better because it was restaurant quality rather than canteen quality. I can definitely, 100% recommend cruises, if I had the money I would live on a ship hahaha. You must do a cruise, plus if food is important there are cruises that cater to that. On some of the family channels they have done the Disney cruises which look like a lot of fun.
Love the scenery am off there myself in july for 1month cannot wait av booked jaz bluemarine I hope the food gets better when I go never the less will have a ball

@@jemmaserrano1197 I decided before I even travelled that I wasn't going to do a daily vlog thing as I wanted to spend most of my time relaxing and taking in the beauty but I planned everything I was going to talk about in advance so it was easy to decide what I needed to record for VoiceOver and what I would be vlogging about whilst on location. Hope that makes sense?
Great reviews , am off there in july for a month so I do hope the food picks up I have been to egpyt many times and never found fault with the food especially because my sons eat alot😅 just looking forward to going now love how many pools there r although I think in the summer most of the pools will need to be cold as the weather reaches over 40degress

It's difficult to do as many with a small channel that doesn't pay for itself. Having said that I will try and ramp things up ahead of summer since that's when everyone loves to find the nice spots to spend their money.

So most places will accept US dollar and British Pound Sterling. You could also use the Egyptian pound but to be honest there is little benefit of that.
Stayed there for two weeks from 5th June 2023 the food in the Topaz restaurant was poor would never return to this hotel solely for the poor food as a example butter chicken had bits of bone in it lived off chips and green beans for the duration shocking poor food

It's absolutely criminal that a resort can get away with providing such sub par food
Were the a la carte restaurants free?
So if you stayed at Jaz Aqua 2 were free whilst if you stayed at Blue just the one. You'd have to pay for an extra days.
