I’m new to the fused glass art world and trying to incorporate my acrylic painting into the glass world. I used Glassline paint to create a 11” plate and accidentally broke a small piece off the clear top piece. Can I still fire the pieces of 96 COE glass and simply glue the edge of the small broken piece or do I need to cut a new piece. Thanks for all the great instructional videos as it has inspired me to experiment.
Thanks for the reply. Had a small piece at the edge of an 11” round clear piece. I ended up glueing the edges and then bubble squeezing the piece. Fired perfectly, and I can’t detect the original cracked piece.@@moltenworksglassstudio
I did enjoy the class. Thank you.
Nice to see you posting again.
Thanks for the info! Keep it coming 🎉
Very nice. Thanks for the info.
Thank you! I'm learning to embrace the bubbles.
Great video! Thanks for the information. Off to experiment!

Are you trying to fix the break before firing it again? Or is it already shaped?

luckily I learned to wear more clothes when working with glass and never to use my hands to brush off a table after putting glass on it
Yeah do as I say not as I do 😆
Am I the only one with audio problems? I needed cc
I’ll make sure to have cc on future videos!
yes, the intro had good sound, but the speaking on the video wasn't loud enough to hear.
