The dmg is way over the ~2 billion cap and is focused on a single target. Strong but not game breaking. If you would use melee influence instead of affliction, way less dmg but… room go boom with a proc from that heavy attack.

I always wonder if those kind of builds can actually be used on regular content. Volnus Prime and Arca Titron both have special properties that seem to go well with Melee Afflictions, since they both apply a guaranteed dot. Arca Titron can also benefit from its charges for the slam attack
@@KhristianBolano Influence should still be better for Arca Titron as the aoe is higher. I suppose if you are hitting less than 5 enemies afflictions would take over.

I was sitting here wondering how the fuck it would work seeing as launches are a cc effect so everything you want to use it on is immune to it, but... I didn't realize it did THAT. Part wording, part de spaghetti math. Does that mean you can use it basically anything that has a launch in its combo then?
In some moments, I have trouble believing that Afflictions and Harmony came out with each other... what's the plan for the future? Upgrade the systems and increase the damage cap? Theyre making it so easy!
DE made weapons and frames so powerful but left enemies in the dust. Even level 1k enemies that will never start in any mission type get turned to dust instantly by so many different builds it's crazy. At this point we need a new steel path mode that's above elite deep archimedia just to feel some sort of challenge.
@@socom18psp nah, i think tankier enemies just wont exist anymore atleast for a while. the exact same update they release Harmony and Melee Afflictions, they also nerfed enemy armor, capping at 2700 armor (90% dmg reduct) and also simplifying enemy resistances into Faction based instead of health/armor based
@wentallout when I had played for 40 days and saw stuff like this, it excited me. I was glad there was a whole lot of stuff to dig into and learn about, and that I'd not be "done" for years. I'm not even asking for meaningfully improved rewards, it would just be nice to have something like prestige tiers in Steel Path. Clear SP star chart and start over again but this time at +1000 levels per tier. I'm not asking for better boosters or even unique cosmetics, or rewards of any kind. It would just be nice to have some sort of scaling challenge that doesn't involve playing through a bunch of comparatively low level content. When Steel Path first dropped, it was a community wide challenge to take builds back to the drawing board and rethink how to deal with all these enemies and modded values. Since then - due to knowledge gained and power creep - it has become the new normal. They keep adding power to us and making enemies ever simpler to deal with. I'm just asking that they focus a little bit less on making us better toys, and work on making new/engaging/dynamic mechanics and challenges. The toys are nice and I love them, to be clear. These are just the kinds of things you hope for after you have used the almighty power of mathematics to pre-defeat the next 5 updates 😅

sadly, melee afflictions was made to no longer work if the enemy is actually immune to knockdown effects. so it no longer triggers on demos and enemies with overguard aka, this setup no longer works
im not using everything that this build describes but im using its context as a rule of thumb, I should be able to hit high numbers even without using everything in this build but most of the time it doesn't do much. Some times im hitting for the biggest numbers ive seen with Harmony other times i swear that by priming im doing less damage than just heavy attacking, its wierd. I would like if someone can tell me if im doing something wrong.
What about using the Phantasma/Convectrix/Phage weapons? THose multi beam shotguns can apply shit tones of DOT status procs in a short time for Harmony right?
Can you make a Titania Build? I know you made one once but since the newest update and the changes I feel like I cant get the same amount of value with her. I love to play disruption but the enemies past lvl 500 need way too much time to kill after the update and I dont want to always go out of titanias 4 proc status and let the flies kill it.
You mention the bane part scaling is bane^(2*number of triggers, shouldnt this be bane^(2+number of triggers)? Ie bane double dips without even needing expedite, then triple dip for 1 expedite, quadruple dip for 2 expedite, etc
it wil probably cut the damage by more than half, since he is using lavos infusion to garante toxin proc in every hit of the kompressa, stacking a lot of toxin dots
i kept seeing blast procs instead of toxic procs and was freaking out thinking you were gonna get blast procs counting as weapon hits nerfed now that im coming to my senses, that's one cooked harmony mr white
he probably had heat on his Harmony. Lavos' Valence Formation's bonus elemental damage actually combines with your weapon damage, so Heat from harmony would be combined with 200% of your elemental choice. However there is still guaranteed force procs of your elemental bonus, so even if you accidentally combined elements, youll still get the status you fused originally
@@rivershen8954 They had toxin on the Harmony. It looked like they were using Secondary Encumber on their Kompressa to get stacks of random elements. The damage numbers with the blast procs when Harmony hits is from the statuses being expedited with the weapon's ability.
I had some crazy corrosive and armor scaling with my hydroid in the undercroft and some good decree pics so much so that when I got a max 3 I had 10k armor and so much damage I got immune on every enemy (I got grey zeros but same thing) re did my 3 with a lower percent and was able dmg, I wanna know what those numbers were cuz it was a Torid I was shooting so, broken dmg and on a beam weapon lmao It was around 5,000% bonus damage and a ton of armor with my 3 so yeah, also was absolutely DESTOYING level cap undercroft
This kinda pisses me off. They go and disable air heavy attack and then put this in, which is so much easier to execute. DE must be smoking something bad and long past its use-by date.
1. Melee affliction will NOT always apply if attack has forced Knockdown. Neither if attack has forced Ragdoll. Only forced Lifted state ignores enemy state completely. By that i meant: If enemy is under ANY crowd control that forces animation response from enemies, including abilities of warframes, heat panic, cold freeze or electricity (aka 90% of CC's in a game), it counts as "unable to be knocked down" and Melee Affliction won't apply. I wonder if Zaku "totem" is an exception, as i tried almost every CC type in game. 2. Some enemies have Ragdoll resistance, which causes it to be downgraded to Knockdown. Then look at point 1 with CC effect overlapping.
Ash is also a good option as its passive function the same way as "status damage bonus" so the slash proc from your attack can be amplified by double dipping, ash ash also slightly increase slash duration so also fitting for harmony
Lavos 1 gives healing on damage dealt, and he has a lot of strength so he'd heal a lot especially against crowds of enemies. Besides that obviously Adaptation, maybe even Rolling guard. Personally for me id run a Hound or Companion primer that constantly proc radiation status so enemies target each other instead of you. Then you'd be able to use Madurai or Unairu school for raw damage or armor strip

Your answer was completely wrong, at lvlcap adaptation won't save you, healing has zero effect when you're getting oneshot, the only thing that helps is invincibility, which there's a few ways of achieving that other than rolling guard, most common of course being revenant teammate
to get to level cap of 9999 and disruption specifically because the demolishers are meant to be the tankiest non-boss enemies that also spawn consistantly (something thats meant for silly builds like this one)
Me just wanting enemies that, rather than being sponges or get attenuation, actually have shields that require... wait for it... to actually fucking aim. Or enemies that actually fucking dodge. Or enemies that have phases. Or all of that. Or DEFINITELY all of that, or all of it, minus phases. We just have enemies people WANT to break the game to beat, because otherwise the game would be boring and unfun to play. We have enemies people DON'T want to fight OUTSIDE very specific builds, not because the enemies are strong, but because they are uninspired.
