I have a 67 Galaxie 500 and saw your video. However when I type in 5.75inch product on Octane Website, it says no product to show. Do you have the part number of the exact lights with red and the led inserts. I cant drive mine at night with the current black backing red halo lights. Thanks
I bought them Sept 10, 2020 by Octane on Amazon. They no longer show available. The description was: OCTANE LIGHTING 5-3/4 RGB SMD Multi-color White Red Blue Green LED Halo Angel Eye Headlights Set
Sorry. I should’ve recorded that. Just wanted to show the upgrade. Didn’t think many folks would be interested in the process of upgrading 66 Ford. Not much to it really.
Can you provide part numbers used. Thx. Looks good. Did you do anything with the marker lights? I'd like to add LED to those as well since they are also very dim.
I replaced all outer markers, signals, brake lights and reverse lights with LED. The Halos are Octane mfg #IMG-017. They come with halogens, but I replaced those with LEDs too.
Thank you. These are ColorShift halos. They work with a remote control that lets you change the colors. RGB to make any color you want. White is a blueish cool white color.
Oh… And they are glass. Excellent quality really. They are Octane brand. Made specifically for these stacked and four headlight vehicles. Two lights are Hi/Lo beams and two lights Hi beam only.

How did you bypass the regulator?
The kit was plug n play. Nothing to bypass.
Nice. Where did you order your lights and wiring kit. I have a 66 Galaxie convertible and want to install the same lights
I always get a kick out of videos that cut away and don’t show the actual work.

What happened to halo connections, ?
Pretty easy install. Info included with the Octane Headlight Kit.
Where did you get the harness?
Same company. Octane.
No chromed plastic on that baby ! New headlights look nice, I'm sure you will be able to see much better at night.
💥💥 Great job. Are the lenses glass or plastic.?? Thank you for sharing 🤟🏼 Do the halos only come in red.??

@@xfer43 Thanks for this info. I’m going to check them out.
Did you call the car a Galaxy looks kind of like a Fairlane lol either way great video 👍🏻
Yes. She is a Galaxie 500. The Galaxie was a level above the Fairlane. They were bigger than the Fairlanes of the same years. And Thanks!

LEDs ruin classic cars 👍it’s not “classic” anymore
Thank you for your opinion. I debated this. I really love those eye catching LEDs.
