Or do some just... look better on the Switch? I mean- look at the Skarmory! It looks amazing!
Imagine my luck. I was exploring the island for the first time, just catching a few Pokémon, and I saw Sandygast, never seen it until that point. But the moment I touched it, It was immediately a shiny! I was shocked and happy to have caught it!
@@fury_b0wzer Unless you get extremely lucky. I have over 2 boxes of shinies across multiple games, but only about 8 of them were random (Pelipper, Ekans, Graveler, Mantine, 2 Pidgeottos, Gothita, Zubat). This is after over 1400 hours playing Pokemon games.
I mean you don't have to shiny hunt via random encounters. Hatching a shiny from an egg in this game is easier than the earlier games (thanks to having access to the PC anywhere), and much easier than shiny hunting via random encounters. If you have the shiny charm and tons of patience, you could easily hatch a shiny. Most of my shinies are from eggs and I never started dedicative shiny hunting till this generation.
@@ElizaGalaxia Egg hunts are nice, but I really wish that Galar had its own form of hunting. Gen 6 had horde hunts and Pokeradar, Gen 7 had SOS (which I used a LOT), but Gen 8 doesn't have options.

My first Shiny from the new update was rockruff with own tempo and I was so happy 😁(technically my first shiny in the isle of armor was a herdier but the rockruff was way cooler)
I really like SupremeRK9’s Shiny reactions. His dress up hunts are very creative. My favorite is when he dressed up like a KISS member and hunted Obstagoon using a Guitar Hero controller. That was really cool.
I love these! One minor thing: I wish you could turn the star shining sound. its super high pitched and hurts my ears, if I turn it down any lower then I can't hear the audio as well.. otherwise great vids!

After 50h of playing Isle of Armor, i finally got the first shiny - Luxio - in 4 star raid. Right after that i went to sleep, next day, that is today, i got shiny Zoroark and Mienfoo right after another, literally the next raid. Today was a good day, now i just need shiny Volcarona.

Honestly wild shinies are busted ( no good) but if your determined on doimg it find a spot with the highest spawn rate of that particular pokemon
