The sorting on it is honestly garbage. They way it transfers in is also garbage.
I felt that as well, and I don't feel like sorting 150+ charmander, 100+ Ponyta, too many chanseys, caterpies and growlithes, pikachu's etc. for a total of 1500 pokemon :P
Haha I never said I'd organize it. I'm just using it as storage until there's a way to add stuff that doesn't involve home.

I have to admit I absolutely hated Hop at first, but then when I played the post game he started talking about how he needed a new goal in life and I actually felt bad for him and he started to grow on me

A couple more:
44. Large size Cury: When completing your curry dex, make sure you have a large pokemon in the first slot in your party to unlock the large portion version of all the curries. In your curry dex, you will be able to press "R - Change size" for the ones you have cooked the large size. Final evolutions of the staters, Eternatus, or your wolf should work.
45. Unlock alternate forms in your Pokedex: When viewing pokemon in your pokedex you can press left and right arrow/d-pad to view alternate forms of the pokemon. The Gigantamax forms do not unlock in your pokedex until you actually use them in a raid and dynamax them. The same goes for shiny GMax. Also, you can unlock Cramorant swallowing a Pikachu and Broken Costume Mimikyu in your pokedex by battling with them. I believe you have to let them get below half health for the form change. As Austin mentioned, the Sinistea has an Authentic and Counterfeit forms which also unlock entries in the Pokedex. Try to capture a second authentic one or evolve the one you have to Polteageist to unlock Polteageist's Authentic form pokedex entry.

SO somewhere in my boxes is an authentic sinistea i didn't even knew of.
Steelix also works for large size curry, and also unlock small size, not just large size

Look it up, it’s not too complicated but it’s very long with a lot of steps and I don’t know how to do it. Just look it up, there’s probably loads of guides that explain how to do it in detail.

Quite a lot of this I did before the DLC even got announced (for example, I completed the dex in the first 2 months, I got all the charms, I bought mew at the release date that let's go released, I bought all clothes (and I think the girl character got more than the boy, so rip my at least 6 million pokedollars), I upgraded my bike, got the judge function and I got myself a foreign ditto, which led to a 7 egg shiny riolu without shiny charm lol). Great video as always Austin!

5:48 funny story... My friend told me there was a rare sinistea in Gleamwood tangle which was authentic,I asked him how do you know the difference he said "it evolves with a chipped pot" after catching 12 of them without knowing that was the way,I go to my bag which in I coincidentally had a chipped pot and I checked my party and the boxes out of the 2 batches 3 were authentic including the first one I got
There was another info that apparently Authentic Sinisteas are quite less rare than we all thought it would be.

Same, but I didnt freak out, it was pretty much 50 hrs later when I learned that there are two forms and checking my pokedex to see I only have the antique one registered
today i hunted for two of them, and it turns out in the wild 1/11 Sinistea are authentic. it's a lot less cool when you think about it that way. :/

I got two sinistea (only caught 2 and no more) released one because had crappy stats and nature. Weeks later I find I have two Pokedex entries for this particular pokemon... Guess which one I released...

@@calebhark6653 mystery gifts. Unfortunately they have a time limit. (My Keldeos came from one of the Pokemon XY mystery gifts)
@@calebhark6653 Mythical Pokemon like Keldeo are only available during events and distributions. So the only way to legitimately add Keldeo would be to either transfer one that you got in the past or have someone trade one to you. At the moment, there is no other way to get one. The last time Keldeo was distributed was back in 2016 during the Pokemon 20th Anniversary event.

Tip for those running out of storage: start another save on a different profile. Using pokemon home, you can transfer pokemon from one account to the other for free storage.
How? Ive never been able to do that.
@Jordan Russ This will be hard to explain but here I go. If you have multiple Switch profiles and only have one game, you can transfer between them. Open Home on one profile, enter the Pokémon page. One the top, you will see the account you are browsing Home with. Click on that and you can view any other of your profile's Pokémon data. This is how I currently have 2 Eternatus and Zamazenta with one game
I thought you had to have a switch family subscription in order to do that?
@@ShinRyuuk Nintendo Switch Online and the Pokémon Home Premium Pass are not needed. All you need is another Nintendo account
@@sun3375 I also have multiple Switch profiles, but each comes with one separate HOME profile. I accidentally put the first two Pokémon from Bank on the wrong HOME profile, and now I can't use those in my Sword save file (which I am playing on a different Switch profile). The Sword save file on Switch profile A can only interact with HOME profile A, and the B save file can only interact with the B HOME profile. Creating a second, separate storage is not expanding one existing storage, unfortunately. @Jordan Russ is correct.

It took me 10 hours to organize my guys in home since I have 2 living dexes I put in Pokédex order, sorted out Hidden Abilities and shinies, and organized my extra guys in Pokédex order. I have 2,500 guys
now release all the ones you're not OT of :)

6:56 you don’t need 2 nintendo switches for this!! just play the game in another language, catch a ditto in that foreign language game and then put it into pokemon home and after doing this just transfer it to your original game

I Used a Beast Ball to Catch Eternatus;
~If he's Actually an Ultra Beast, Then he's fine; Otherwise, He Gets to Suffer
My Brother caught him in a beast ball and called him UB:Zero
I think the eternatus is 100% catch rate i have never seen it break out of a pokeball

Didnt he literally say "you can catch all these no problem EXCEPT these three boys(pikachu, eevee, meowth), charmander, milcery, and umbeon/espeon"
There isn't a G-Max Umbreon unfortunately, it just happened to be there in the box!

I can’t wait to the dlc comes out I’m currently trying to catch and/ or evolve every Pokemon in the game, also farming exp crystals
Estimated time to complete: 1,046 hours
Let’s see what all do I have to do, okay, literally obtain everything in the game, cry as I figure out where I can buy a 3ds and to put stuff in Pokémon home from bank, cry even more because I don’t have Jirachi or Celebi. Then I’m good to go
I have a jirachi
If you're getting a 3DS, think about getting the "New 2DS" they're cheaper, no 3D function, and come with a charger(which the "New 3DS" doesn't). And you can get Celebi from Pokemon Crystal on the Virtual Console.
And if you have Gen 4 and 5 games, there are hosted DNS servers that have a lot of the Gen 4/5 mystery gifts. There's youtube videos on how to do it with a DS or 2/3DS. I did them back in February.

I'm glad I'm not the only one working on all this. I literally bought every outfit, am trying to get every GMax, finish my curry dex and find that damn Sinistea already.
I've done quite a few of these actually. Though it helps that, for example, I already had a living dex (with forms/genders, ect) in Bank, so all I needed to do was add the Galar mons to update it. (And Bank was already organized so Home is too.)
Also, I set myself the challenge of obtaining all hidden abilities available in SWSH and did so.
I accidentally used a beastball on a dynamax ferrothorn. I also caught it lol and it’s nature was good
I used my beast ball on gmax sandaconda. Was that a good idea

Lol you're dope. This is exactly what I'm doing right now. Eating cherries and enjoying this game again.. I'm starting a fresh playthrough on Sword with Grookey, because I have Scorbunny on Shield. Lol Shield is almost done I'm currently trying to hatch 2 Galarian Slowpoke and my pokedex just needs a few more to complete for the Shiny Charm 😈. Personally for me it's all been fun.. I stopped playing after storymode was done, now that it's DLC month for Galar I'm hoping back on ^_^ ♡♡♡
