If you’re new here, my name is Alexandra I am the co-owner of refined hospitality and we have several restaurants in Las Vegas including Cafe Lola, Saint Honore doughnuts & 3 Little Chicks. I love sharing my life as a working mom & entrepreneur.

Went to Las Vegas this last weekend. Highlight for my girls was visiting your donut shop. The donuts are the best we have ever had. Sugar can hit my system pretty hard, but your donuts did not do that. You must put in quality ingredients. Tried your pizza too and it was delicious!

Sugar plum is an actual fruit that looks like a dark green/ purple grape. Nothing like an actual plum but had a rich flavor and if eaten toooo much can be a laxative so be careful with it 😂

If I was to create a sugar plum doughnut what comes to my mind is powdered sugar and candy. So maybe a glaze like the one on the creme brulee but it's purple in colour
And if not plum then maybe grape flavour is closest?

I agree with the husband, if I ordered a 'sugar plum' donut, I'd expect something 'sugar plum' ~ not strawberry. lol Maybe time to stock up with plum flavourings for the next time? ;)
