I am nowhere near an f1 rookie since i’ve been watching since 2010(since i was 9) and know very well how it works and yet it was still a very enjoyable video, very well done and a very interesting video to watch.

For most races it's indeed 80km/h, and for some others it's 60km/h, but it's not because "reasons", but rather safety. The lower speed limit is for tracks with narrow pits, like Monaco. One might assume it's more than safe enough when watching onboards from the pits, especially in comparison to the speeds that are on track. But one should not forget how fast 80km/h (50 mph) is. Imagine you stand on the tarmac at the exit of a high way, and a car is coming straight to you. I don't think anyone would say that it isn't dangerous in some capacity. Those are the speeds the mechanics are exposing themselves to when standing ready for a pit stop. It is honestly a testament to the skills of the drivers and the capabilities of the cars that no serious injuries have been caused by those speeds in the pits for a quite a while now.

Shush you little weirdo he’s just stating the general rule that they do the same lap time under a VSC. Obviously people can gain a little bit of time but this is just an introductory video to the sport he’s not going to go into every minor detail such as that you spanner
For a new channel, the video is decent, the Grade A Under A influnece is obvious, but for future videos, don't use old footage and/or information, re edit the video and add up to date information, people don't care that you started editing the video 3 months ago. Even if the video was posted 3 days ago, it felt like it was 3, 4 months old. Good start, keep it up.

Actually, single and double yellows do not mean small and big oopsies. Double means there's danger on the racing line, single outside the racing line.
Actually time can be gained or lost under a VSC, it just depends on how good a driver is at keeping the Delta.
