  • (Intro & Breathing Practice) Yoga class for Veterans, two 30- minute classes, taught by a pain psychologist and a physical therapist. Learn to do yoga poses in a slow manner so that anyone can follow along when you have chronic pain. The poses are also taught in seated positions and with other modifications if you have a difficult time with poses.
