So, do you mean cockatiel or cockatoo? With both of these parrots, males are more talkative and more likely to talk/sing but females CAN learn. It’s just not as much as males. My Nari is very quiet. Our new baby is a female. This isn’t going to stop me from trying to teach her to talk or sing.😁❤️
