They can be trained but I heard it was bad because then they can hurt themselves by holding their poop. I started training and then stopped. My girls do poop in the trash when I tell them to go.😁

I don’t know about per bird but I have a system and there is always leftovers at the end of the day. I would love to answer this in a video if I could but I’m about to go on a trip. We will see if I can get to it!😉😁

@@Enjoyingutube So you are saying fill the bowl to the top. Isn't over eating not healthy. I read that one tablespoon per bird is enough, I am giving two per bird plus one teaspoon of a mixer for feather condition with egg protein per bird, I have a pair.

@@EnjoyingutubeI don’t over feed but yes, mine always have food to eat. If your bird tends to be overweight then you need to watch it.😉 also, it’s good for birds who eat a lot to have a foraging tray so they have to work for their food.😁

So it all depends… every bird is different and they prefer different songs or some like talking more. Also, how much are you repeating whatever it is you want them to learn. When I first got Noki at 3 months old, I taught him “peek a boo” and wolf whistle in under two weeks. He also learned some of Addams family and September in about a month because of hearing it from Nico. So they can learn fast if they hear things all the time!
