Hey Jay, I would love to see a buffed bronze vs. 3/5/10 top 500s. You could then work your way up the ranks, like silver, gold, etc. and see how buffed the lower ranked players need to be to beat the top 500s. That would be fun to watch in my imagination.
My 3 key analysis/thoughts: 1. wrecking ball 1 hit grapple roll kill vs not makes a huge difference because it can determine the possibility of a team kill or not. 2. Start off with lower stats (3x) and increase to higher (easier) later as bronze players start to adapt and learns how to counter 3. Start tracking progress instead of just win/loss. Sometime you know within a couple fights which team is going to win/lose, having a progress goal keeps the game exctiing.
I wanna see Chazm try this out, I think with his grapple techs he might’ve been able to do it. He’s rlly good at double and triple boops which I think would’ve made a huge difference.
Can you even do that stuff with 10 people in your face, while getting constantly hit with sleep darts Mei’s abilities, and getting booped over and over again?
I think even Chazm is gonna struggle against 10 people, and that's not me saying that he doesn't have what it takes. It's gonna be beyond hard to do those techs once Bronze players figure out that you can just chain CC the Ball.
honestly, I would love if there were more variety to buffs for top 500s, not just basic stats, but also they may get lower cooldown, or more bullets, or they could have more movement speed, etc etc

Man, this was for me the best one until now, even tho i liked the doomfist one (with zbra).... Also, this resembles a little what would be the already gone PvE mode ( 1 buffed vs 5/8/10 heroes AI-driven or not), so u gave a good breath of life to OW community with these video series
The guy who said Yeatle was "decent" is the same guy who popped genji blade on 30 health and tried to solo an entire enemy team and then yells at healers for not healing him.

Jay I'm surprised you haven't figured this out yet after doing so many of these. 2CP and Control maps are easier for the Top 500s because they only have to worry about a single area. Payload and Push are much harder because you have to worry about pushing the bot/cart and getting health packs and keeping up with the bot/cart

(Perhaps they can't pick the same map/mode in a row or something to keep it interesting, but yeah! It may add an extra layer of strategy :3). Awesome content! I subbed for the duck pls guys QwQ
I think the reason that mines are given the ult charge while BOB isn't is because mines don't time out for waaay longer than BOB, so it could be abused by the enemy team to just keep a few mines active for their duration, starving hammond of any good ult.
I think what he needed to do is use his shield as soon as he slams, so that if he starts to get melted, only the green health will be affected and he will still be at full. Like doomfist, punch them before you can take damage
Jay don't you think it is too relevant the type of map in this mode? For example Yeatle could have played at x4 on the other maps and I think he could not have won anyway but 2CP is very convenient for him.
I think my biggest problem with every single _____ vs. Bronze is that there is no shot that anyone is communicating like that in bronze. No one talks, no one plans, no one even in chat. There isnt coordination on ults. I feel like I would believe it more if they werent allowed comms.
@jay3 I feel like there needs to be a mechanic that when the t500 gets a kill they heal. Anywhere from 50 to 150 depending on the character. Being dependant on health packs has ended so many t500 attack runs.
I think the gamemode matters a lot too. It's way easier for ball when everyone has to come on point rather than taking angles away from him

The breakpoint of roll being a 1 shot is 4x. That's partly why 2CP was so easy. The other ones, he just... dies.
