    I don't know about everybody else but after I inject I put the meat in the refrigerator for about an hour and then I pull it out and let it go back to room temp then add my rub and all that good stuff but it's something I've done for a very long time is injecting into the refrigerator

    Great tip on adjusting tension on injector. I thought that would fix my leaking issue on my Spitjack injector. To my dismay it doesn't have that adjustment. Bummer.

    I’m what you would call a “keyboard cooker”. My brisket rub consists of kosher salt, coarse black pepper, and small amounts of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and porcini mushroom powder. It’s really the best rub ever! I could see maybe adding some cayenne to the party to make it a little spicy, but if I did would you add honey powder to counteract the cayenne?

    Just found the injection at bucees in new Braunfels also spg habenero bbq and the special sauce x1 so far i got them all this week time for brisket and ribs i let u know how it comes out

    I have a brisket sitting in the fridge (for about 2 hours now) that is covered in your rub, that I will throw on the smoker in about 5 hours. The stuff smelled great, I will report on the finished product.

      Depends on how much time you have. You can definitely let it sit, but if you need to cook it right away, you'll get the benefits 👊🏼💥

      Used the reserve and moisture magic in a huge packer brisket and 2 tri-tips. Seasoned with cow cover hot and Texas beef. They turned out Bomb!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
