Hoping they release a 36mm version of the current 39mm explorer 1 but not remove the 39mm size, and also update all the 31xx (3130 in the sub, OP. 3132 in the explore.r 3131 in the milgauss and air king ect...) movements to 70 hours of power reserve.
NYCThriving no they don't have a time only movement with 70 hour power reserve, but the current time only (48h) movements start with 31 then two numbers. And for example, before the datejust had a 70 hour power reserve the movement was the 3135 and now it's the 3235.
hi vinny hope you are well can you help me choose between an explorer 2 and a two tone gmt . I am just a little concerned about value retention aspect of the two tone gmt . your advise will be really helpful thanks
That is very tough! I will say the Explorer 2 is more of a daily wear. If you intend to wear this piece heavily then go with a SS model. Two Tone is absolutely beautiful, if you have other pieces in your collection then consider picking up the two-tone, as far as value retention goes... Stainless models tend to hold value better. Big price difference though between these two pieces. If you can, try the Exp 2 first, if you dont like it... Trade up to a two tone GMT.
My AD stated they received an email from Rolex stating production will be cut by 20% for the rest of the year. He also mentioned the September 1st release date.
The Submariner will share the case of GMTII and will say good bye to the disproportioned maxi case. Movement will be updated to the 70 hours power reserve one. The new Oyster bracelet will be part of the new Submariner case as there is only Jubelee bracelets available for the new case design.😎 Hulk will be finally be gone. And a blue Stainless steel Submariner might finally join the BB58 BLUE team as they dis with the GMTs. The Tudor GMT seats for years at the local AD as does the original BB58. 🙄
Sorry but Rolex keep their cards very close to their chest ! The element of full surprise is what they are the masters at ! Anyone who thinks they have information are just dreaming !!!
Its a New Sub for sure...the previous one has the best tech and also excessively bulky and heavy....hulky....over done....excessive....watch and see.....the new Sub will not be as maxi .....sub is Rolex.....
Hoping for a 40 mm Explorer with an updated movement. GoPro footage looks sharp with no camera shake.

What movement would be that ? Do they even have a non date 70 hour movement ?

nice job. the GoPro 7 looks good. Audio is great too! no mic?
No mic! just standard GoPro7 Black built in mic.
I am think an updated movement in the submariner and perhaps a different case size (simi maxi)
Thinking you're right!
A sub that borrows some inspiration from the proportions of the BB58 would be nice.
Just subscribed Vinny. You are doing some good stuff, keep it up! I believe it’s a new Sub btw ;)
I think you're right, more than likely the new Sub! Thank you for your support!
Just subscribe to your channel and also I'm a golfer too!
Welcome to the community!
Enjoy your watches journey
Thanks for dropping by!
Fan of your channel, but driving while filming making me super nervous. Keep safe out there.
Definitely, thanks for looking out.
GoPro video quality excellent. I'm still digesting the release of the Tudor BB 58 Blue. Can't begin to speculate on what Rolex will release next.
Not bad for a GoPro, does a great job stabilizing footage. Right, its one after another. They do this on purpose 😂
Whatever they release it will be almost impossible to get your hands on
I agree, it'll be tough! Worth a shot though, have heard stories of first timers walking in and getting GMT Pepsi. Never know!
Gotta be an Explorer Anniversary!
That will be next year. It’ll be a new sub this year
Explorer ii Anniversary is set to be 2021! At this point, thats not too far from now either.
Vinny Singh can’t see Rolex bringing two show stoppers out in one release. It’ll be the new sub this September. And next year it’ll be a new explorer
Hi Vinny! The thought occurred to me that Rolex might release a Hulk style Daytona, in September. What do you think?
Never know until release date! That would be very interesting to see.
Tony Merrington almost impossible in my opinion.Rolex is conservative in new designs and respect its history
A rolex submariner in midnight blue in the place of hulk which it will be discontinued maybe in 41mm with classic case and not supercase anymore
A new chronograph.
I'm hoping it's a SS version of the Submariner "Smurf". Maybe even a new "Coke" bezel GMT.
Wishful thinking, but a guy can dream.
Either one of those would be nice. Would be nice to see the Coke make a comeback!

Market Update presented by Watchbox has already announced twice in the last couple months that Rolex would be releasing watches this year...
