Boniface Mwangi is a photojournalist activist who documented the post-election violence in Kenya in 2007, and has been arrested many times for denouncing political injustices. He is a two time recipient of the CNN Photojournalist of the Year Award. He has established PAWA254 in Nairobi which is an Art Rising collective where visual arts is used to power social justice. It is an Arts and Artivism hub based in Nairobi. PAWA254 is a workspace that offers workshops, trainings, forums and events for all artists who are creating for social impact. PAWA254 empowers young professionals and disadvantaged youth to effect social change through new innovative projects. - บันเทิง

Kwani Boni ana kesi ngapi pending? He mentioned heckling the president and on the last CTA where he was arrested and locked up at Langata police station,he mentions forgetting being due in court. Now on this one the DP sues him. He reminds me of that other selfless activist Okiya Omtata. CTA, please bring Mr Omtata on the platform. His journey should be very inspiring too.

coming to think about it, this whole agitation resulted from some childhood traumas, going to the minister, him being geuziwad, unanswered questions, absent dad and kinda absent mum and whole mix of a lot of things. Had he had a smooth childhood, we wouldn't have the activist today on CTA but we give thanks for the disrupted childhood, it brought pple on toes!
