We drove our RV up to Alaska in 2007 and never left. There’s a lot more to that story, but we found that our 40’ class A was a bit impractical for RVing up here. We then got a small travel trailer, but towing is a pain in a number of the places we would want to go.. We now have a 24’ class C similar to yours, but on a AWD Transit chassis. It is perfect for here. If you decide to stop by Nenana, we have a wonderful RV park, in a quiet location in the village. (I actually live across the street in an old lodge) Our village is on the Parks Highway between Fairbanks and Denali Park.
You're gonna be glad you brought the Bluetti! We were floored by some of those campers when we were there. No way I (Leslie) would have RVed back in the day 🤣. Did you see the one that had a toilet in the living room? 😂 It was crazy!
We got nervous last minute and threw it in the rv. So far we have used it everyday. The carpet alone had me say NOPE not for me!🤣 Fortunately we didn't see that one!🤪

Hey guys! Glad you guys are on the road and on your way to that wonderful trip to Alaska! We are hoping to do it next Spring-Summer. Now Katrina had me laughing about the tubs! 😂😂 Can't wait to go to the RV Hall of Fame & Museum.
Katrina's observation about the roomy width of that slideless, wood-panneled RV is a good one. Imagine how roomier it would feel if the interior were lighter-colored. And that 1977 GMC motorhome? There's a lot of inspiration for contemporary manufacturers to draw from in that museum.
Katrina, Trish hasn’t got anything on you! We are following your adventure to Alaska we’ve been by cruise ship but that just scratches the edges of Alaska on the ground is the only way to go. Be safe and take care.
Thank you! You just made my day! Would like to do a cruse one day just not sure where to go. Have a great summer and enjoy anytime you can get out and enjoy this beautiful country.
Wow! Now I really want to see those RV’s in person. I have a 31 foot 2007 Fleetwood Terra and I do have a small tub in it. My 6 year old granddaughter loves it! Thank you for the tour.
That is so nice! Our granddaughters would love a tub. We will have to find a way to renovate our large rv so we can have a tub. Thanks so very much for sharing. Stay safe and have an Amazing camping season. 😊
Thanks for the tour, I e added this place to our trip itinerary for this summers western trip. Good Luck in the North country…will be following you guys this summer
Had this on my list..... But... Now, not so sure. $60 ($30x2) to see old RV 's? Thought that there would be more to see. Glad you made this video, I think that I would rather go on a manufacturing plant tour, but that is just me. Btw.. if you think you would like raspberry margaritas....... Have I a recipe for you.....JS. lol. Till Cocktails .
Appointment viewing for sure! It's finally Go Day! It's good you took the Bluetti - peace of mind is good. 😊 So, you're crabby about your crab meat, eh? 😂

Great video. I plan on visiting the museum this summer on the way back from Michigan. Thank you for the preview, I'm even more excited about our summer trip. Safe travels.
Thank you. It's not only a nice place to visit but being able to spend the night there and relax is a bonus. We enjoyed it and would suggest it to anyone who enjoys rving. Safe travels and enjoy your summer.😊

Pack your patience when driving on the Alaska Highway. The road can be difficult at times especially when you get closer to the Alaska border. Nice to see you packed a spare tire. Hope you don"t need it.
Thanks for the great advice. We are planning on taking it slow and soaking in as much as we can along the way. Having the spare tire makes us feel so much better.
