That's a very worrying experience with your tyres. Was it all four of the originals that blew out/ came off the rims? I have just bought a Direct Campers van, and am concerned that it is a feature of the wheel/tyre combo they provide

Hi Graham, it was definitely the tyres, but trying to evidence that without spending another £2k is impossible. I've still got a tyre in my garage as I've not let this go yet. I complained to the manufacturer but have had nothing in return. I cannot find an agent for them in the UK. Direct campers were very good with me, as they were with everything. They offered to replace them at half price, and given I had already done 12,000 miles thats fair. Thanks for subscribing.
