I thoroughly enjoy all of your videos, but especially your card videos. I've started to use more and more of your techniques with my own cards and love it! I see scrapbooking paper/designer paper in a completely different way now. I find myself looking through my stash for papers that I can cut apart, fussy cut, etc., to use in layered cards. Thank you for the inspiration!

I love, love, love this !!! The way you squished your back ground paper makes the pieces so attractive. I've seen other artists roll the edges of the paper, but bending and squshinging it is a whole new approach that looks more loved and used through the years. Makes it look more vintage. Used and loved !!!!

What a great video! Since I am watching at work, I don't have any stuff with me ... however, I do have a plain art journal and some inexpensive colored pencils. So I started drawing a card in my journal with flowers!!! So, I did art along with your beautiful video!!!!! Love you!!! Alice
Shabby Chic is my go-to look! I love it. I am so glad you showed us how to make these! When you started to scrunch up the paper I was thinking, "Oh my goodness, why haven't I thought of that???" Thank you for being so "real" with us and just talking to us like we are sitting there with you. i love how you smush, tear & bend the papers. tearing & distressing vintage papers makes them feel like they are decades old. i also like adding distress inks to the edges to add to the worn feel.
