If the native button is lost and I buy a new display and a new button, will there be any problems due to the fact that it is not a native button? I mean, isn't there some kind of special software button linking like on some iPhone models?
Thanks for the video. I did everything ..no probs. I do have huge issues aligning the bracket to the new screen. It is very important how do you align, othervise the ckick does not feel natural. I didn't figure out how to perfect align the bracket after like 1 hour af trying. Home buton works but the clicks does not feel like 100 factory level of alignment. Any sugestion ? I mention that i did fit a white home button to a black digitizer but i guess that is not the issue.
I ordered all the things you used and replaced the digitizer from injured gadgets, completed it off your video and thank you. Question I have is the auto brightness doesn’t work anymore and the color on the screen is horrible. When I wrote to injured gadgets they responded that I need to order a device from them and recalibrate my colors. Do you know about this? And thank you for tour video.
That 7000 glue is not going to keep the home button bracket down and secured to the glass. It will very quickly fall out causing the home button to cave in. A touch of Loctite brand cyanoacrylic will do the trick.
In a pinch I use 5 minute 2 part epoxy in small amounts just in corners, Set display and hold together with binder clips for a few minutes. I also use the epoxy for the home button bracket.
Glad TH-cam have closed caption while you talk video here.. I can read what you said and Learning from you.. thanks mate

can you make a video to remove ONLY digitzer and put a new one? (without LCD), because my friends are searching that too
You would need a heat vacuum separator machine and experience using it to do that repair as in this model the digitizer and Lcd are bonded with loca.
