Yeah, I think the reason that the surron motor. belt drive is so choppy is due to the fact that the bike comes with region already active and you have a cord that should have came along with your box for the bike but itll let you program how strong you want the region on the bike to be or if you want it to be off like in eco mode region isn't as strong as in sport mode. This is all assuming if you never reprogram the bike to turn region off
It's not the "pieces", it's the possible connections, it's the windings that can burn out due to so much current. Then the plastics inside nearby (if any)

If you took this (stock) to a trail system with your gasoline buddies, could you run all day with the ups and downs and go through creeks with it half underwater when need be? Also, how long does it take to fast charge it if it can be ?
these things are great for tight trail riding! But the stock battery might not last quite all day - but would be tons of fun for many hours. They handle water reasonably well.
Can you just run any 3 phase motor on an ebike? Like motors for industrial machinery? I'd be cool with a big okd motor so ling as I had modern battery cells capable of 240v+. I wouldnt mind a heavy battery as long as it was low and centered. The problem comes in with vehicle laws. Too much power and it becomes a motorcycle.

did you get it from GLE? You’ll need to update your firmware so that the BAC works with the motor, so try emailing the vendor of your controller and see if they can help!!
seems like it drains a bit quicker, but that's probably because I just accelerate harder way more haha - it's worth it, you can always turn down phase amps or peak power a tiny bit to compensate, but still have a faster bike!

since it has bigger internals, hypothetically you should be able to return more power when using regen. the resistance of stock is just mechanical drag, unfortunately, so i think it might actually hurt regen efficiency :-/

Torp is coming out with the controller called the TM. 58 and I think it's capable of doing 58 kilowatts. Now, that is truly crazy.
