    I have an 8' Olhausen slate table and i watched this entire review. It seemed to be very genuine and wasn't an ad for the table. I like how you pointed out some minor flaws in it. As well as all the positive stuff that it offers to people that enjoy the many different varieties of pool games. Very well done.

    A bro, watched your vid twice and made me get one. Good ish. Table is great. And ur tips, more I play more it gets improved. My lvl was was center but a smidge off as yours, but noticed balls would easily going to a corner pocket. I adjusted until the bubble was smack middle and it fixed it. Also took ur tips and brush ot everyday. Gonna try ironing and see how that goes. Switched balls to aramith crown and I can see a difference. Big ups to ur vids. Fr. Really helped
    To all who think that it's warped. It's not. It's either the lvling, the balls, and the felt that needs to be brushed more. Also, if u put it in the garage like me, there is a slight slope on the floor so u gotta adjust to that.
    Once again, good review. Keep it up bruh 👍👍👍

      To be honest I have not thought about it that much. Two heads or better than one i'm open for suggestions. It doesn't happen often at all but when it does it seems like a defect. Only thing I I have thought of in the past was to cut the curvature lip off the border. Not thrilled with the idea of cutting anything!!!

  • @johngdrums420
    @johngdrums420 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I still recommend the aramith balls.. plus mine is in the garage and noticed mine started to sag a little in the middle.. i added a bottle jack on a block with a piece if wood on top.. that fixed it and im enjoying it again.

    I bought the same table and it’s good enough to just get better on. The reviews on the table are correct. The balls curve on mine, not enough to not play on it but u do notice it(yes I used a level on it). For the first month I put at least 5 to 6 hours of pool on it a day between me and friends and it’s holding up good.

  • @festalongreyhawkshorts4sho645

    It's good budget tables are produced. We all cant afford slate & a non-slate can be just as enjoyable. Don't expect them to be perfect. You can't mimic slate. I definitely recommend Aramith balls on non-slate. Also remember, the balls your getting on a budget table are very cheap & almost always off balance. Invest in quality balls a must! Enjoy the game!

    • @MrShomari1
      @MrShomari1  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes for sure; compared to blue diamond speed felt. I normally get 3 to 4 balls pocketed before I get acclimated to the different felt where ever I go. It has really picked up on the roll after hours of playing on it. My game has increased tremendously because of this table. But I'm sure any table will help out. But I got to give it to the people that made this table. Same bank shots I make at home I can make on a bar box. For that I give it kudo's

      On a very low temperature iron.. almost on a silk setting or a nylon setting. Not sure of the material of the felt but u don't want to damage it. It's definitely a at your own risk kinda of job. I would not suggest u iron unless you plan on looking at some videos about ironing pool tables before doing so. Last thing u want is to mess up the felt or put burn holes on the table cause the iron was up to high. I haven't done it since the first time I did.. I have a video of me doing it but also looked at several videos before attempting.. good luck 🤞
