Excellent video with detail and good pace. The shifter position section has some helpful advice because some factory positions are too low, which can lead to accidental up shifts. I installed the red Moose Racing foldable gear shifter on my 2014 Honda CRF250L to replace the bent factory shifter. The Moose shifter feels a lot better compared to the factory shifter.
Thanks Mac. It's a cable brake snake, which in theory should prevent the pedal shaft being bent around in a collision. It did not work very well when I crashed - the cable has snapped and the pedal bent 180 degrees. I now went back to metal pedals/shifters so I can bend them back into shape without risking to crack them.
@@muddyboots-mac Thanks, somehow despite multiple crashes, I've not managed to hurt myself. Correct - I went back to the original break pedal and gear shifter.

Have done the gear lever along time ago but hadn’t seen the brake pedal. A nice heads up on how to go about it, cheers 👍🏼
