Such a super cool n’stylish looking layout,i really wonder,when „Dafingers“(0:17) starts painting the hole track with a super sticky ,beautifull concretegrey color,with a lot of abrasion in the curves? I really wonder......Thanks Shane for your videos you share with us!!

BRAVO!!!,,,,The crossover turned out great. The details are really cool..placing it where you did within the layout is perfect. Sets everything off well. Love the way you filmed the tower, especially like how your white overhead lights cast a glowing ray of lite as if the clouds parted and light snaked through. Pretty good touch during this film. Definitely can see the producer in you Shining literally shining through. Saved watching this with my satyrday morning coffee, Rost of course. Magnetic Racing should be paying you for advertisement use! SHANE, this is really something, so much time n thought. great "Fun" . Oh yah, love hiw the speed of the cars running the track are mere whisps of light that is so cool.. the evening lighting looks awesome. THANKS for sll this entertsinment this morning.. You Rock!

Nice work, Shane. Pretty sure that's the best-looking Dunlop tower that I've seen. Nice, neat job and well thought-out! Have always dug Van Halen too - though I am partial to the David Lee Roth version. LOL 😅🤣😂

An amazing addition to your layout Shane....here's an idea to consider....I have an inflatable Goodyear Blimp hanging above my table that down the road I want to rig up with some sort of remote camera to send an aerial view to a "jumbotron" type display..... With your technical expertise and your layout, I think it would be right up your alley . And you already have the display in place..
Thanks Jim. Try one of those little Bluetooth spy cams that you can get for $20 (ish). You can repurpose your older iPhone to pick up the video signal. It works well, and yes, I plan to get at least 2 myself for the 2 screens. Just gotta charge batteries all the time, only issue.
I recommend and like your idea of using the bridge build to replace one of the current carrera toy looking bridges. Love the effort work and detail put into both your track and videos. Keep it up mate!

Hi Shane, that Dunlop Tower fills the left corner well. It looked kind of abandoned on the left before the Tower took place there. Nice set of cars you got. David Hasselhof`s family lives just outside of Bremen here. He visitid them a few years ago and it was on our local TV News chanel Buten un Binnen. Buten means in flat-german outside and Binnen means inside. I still have that pic in my eyes, when he pead in his shorts at the LA airport, all waisted. LOL. Man, I only bought the 5140 and OU812 back then, when they were released. I never really likd VH with Sammy at all, but I was glad when Dave returned for the last album A Different Kind Of Truth, they had put out. I got the CD with the bonus DVD. Wolfgang was a good replacement of Michael Anthony on Bass and background vocals. His Band Mammoth WVH is cool, too. He aslo has a nice signature Guitar, the EVH SA-126 out. Looking forward for your last builds and the chipping. Stay focussed, as I do and have a good one. 🙂

Hi mate. Another great vid. Sorry I've been quiet, mental and physical health issues been playing up. Years ago I managed to pick up a brand new Scalextric version of this ( C234 ). Gave it a basic white pant job with BTCC artwork on the side. I'll revisit it and give it an interior when my track build gets further along. Finally got some track down in the attic but will need to clean up the rails and make some borders before I can run anything. Along with some serious work on the car rebuilds. Can't go as far as youself with the landscaping until I get the attic fully boarded out but I just want to be able to run some laps!
As for the music... after your last vid I was wondering if there was going to be a Van Halen appearance. Especially after your mention of Mr Roth. Remember listening to OU812 and Balance alot back in the day.
