Welcome at this brand new marble racing event called the "Marble Survival 100", (#MS100) which contains 100 races!
In this elimination tournament, 32 marbles from all famous Marble League teams will compete to survive the longest over 100 races. In this video, the bottom 2 ranked marbles will be eliminated.
NOTE: About the camerawork/editing issues: I (Jelle) 'm aware of the camera / editing issues, the videos will be improved over time so we are working on it (after race 15). The footage of the second moving cam (for the back field) was unusable in race 8 to 14 because it was too shaky.

watching mallard put up mid performance after mid performance is something so beautiful in an elimination event
So smart, not exhausting themselves needlessly. And throwing up a great run every now and then just to secure their spot is genius.
I'm so happy he's just in the middle. Consistency is key. Glad it's not Billy, he does have a tenancy to be a bit erratic, as marbula 1 has shown.
Same for Slimelime, they're the real dark horses of the event IMO

Rezzy came so close to DNF'ing right at the start. Heart in mouth moment - happy with P3 after that!

during Event 3 of the 2017 Marble League, a fidget spinner sent Momomomo of Team Momo crashing straight into Wispy of MNW during their Group Stage Matchup, with a sizeable chunk flying off the former

@@nathanwebb6124genuinely, the main issue so far has been other marbles knocking speedy back or otherwise preventing speed buildup. If they can keep qualifying, the field will become better and better. Just need to hold on until the lines clear then crush the tracks..

I'm not a fan of the team, but goodness gracious the Solar Flares need to get their act together VERY quickly.
I had so much hope after a phenomenal first week… the drop off is actually insane

Agreed. As a Team Galactic fan, the universe/space teams feel like our cousins, so would love to see the flares and rockets succeed along side us.

But yeah, ironically i am not a fan of the Crazy Cat's Eyes, so, my favorite teams are all usually midfield contenders or bottom liners (Oceanics).

Nah, didn't run hard. Mandarin being a long time vet is just picking the best spots. Came into today in first and knew next week is secure. Only 12% through, so a business decision was made.

For each of these races, whenever I can't see my favorite marble out front, I just get a pit in my stomach.
I worry that they will come in last or worse, DNF

As a Thunderbolts fan, I have the lowest of expectations, yet I'm consistently disappointed. How is this possible?

Nobody talking about how the Rojo Rollers just got their 2nd victory in the 2nd set of races and claimed an easy lead while shooting past the competition (and getting mistaken by Greg for Blaze of the Solar Flares in Race 9) Absolutely mastering the competition, I hope they keep this up 👍

I'm quite shocked to see how well the Oceanics are doing so far. They teased elimination in the last set but have been pretty good this set. I would have pegged them to be the first ones gone but they're still fighting.

Starry doing what's needed to keep in the middle of the pack. For now it's a sound strat, but he's gonna need to work on higher placings as the series progresses. Overall, I think Team Galactic is happy with where we are currently. ❤

This is the first time I've seen the mid-track steel ball artillery affect the outcome. Shelly got absolutely clocked halfway down the track from it.

ANOTHER PODIUM FOR MY RASPBERRY RACERS LET'S GOOOOO! But also finally a good result for the Bumblebees. Team Momo is struggling a bit, but their first three races were amazing, so I still have a good feeling with them surviving this week.
Saying that, congrats tu the Rojo Rollers, they already should be save from elimination this week, so their fans can relax and just have fun watching the upcoming two races. But in all honesty, I feel like at least for the top 8, so Hazers and above, it seems very unlikely at the moment, that they are getting in danger for elimination.

As a Mellow fan I feel like through all 12 videos I've only watched my team for about 10 seconds because we're always so far back we're never on screen 🤣
Goes to show how well designed the course is that with two races left in this round, literally only the #1 team is safe from relegation at this point.

Hazers are my primary team, but I'm also partial to the Bumblebees - glad to see them draw a little more distance to the bottom. After the previous round, they were worryingly close.
