Thank you for your videos! I've started learning to play guitar a few monthes ago inspired by you :) and to play saxophone a year earlier. I'm 26 now and looks like I'll be 40 when I can play good, but at least my grandkids will have cool bluesy grandpa :)

Thanks for speedy reply, Jen - I'll cut mine as they tend to get in they way, ha! Any advice to us older beginners? I tend to flit around TH-cam (but come back to your channel, which I've only recently found!) picking up different ideas although I do have a mentor who I see weekly?
Great basic intro lesson. What do you think about learning to play finger style on classical guitar? Nylon strings are softer and it sounds softer (also its smaller = easier to hold in classical position).
P.S. You have so many subs and yet so few views I feel almost obliged to watch your videos several times. Helps that they're well worth it. Cheers.

I pick with the pad of my fingers. I don't have nails...they drive me crazy! hahahaha
