No you are not eligible as you have completed your 12th in 2021. As only 2023 & 2024 12th pass out allow for this exam. Rather you can try for other private design related courses/colleges.

Forms will open in October so you can fill the form once you have completed your 11th. And jee & UCEED dates are used to be different different.

Yes, you can do 2 degrees at a time but all depends on your college because most of the colleges won’t allow students to go for another course at a same time and also B.Tech is a purely offline course so you have to attend college regularly. Else you have some online degree course options like IIT Madras/IIT Guwahati Online Degree where you can do these degree along with UCEED or other college courses.
