    Wishing I had spent more time w my Grandpa, RIP Lolo Nemo...really..❤ loving you till this day,..I remembered everything, and was pleasantly surprized to see this film on TH-cam..almost forgot everything,..and just picked up an imperial again,..and ran into this old film of my Gramps, on my 1st day of school..Love you, and God Bless you more! DUNCAN = LOVE

    Thanks for digging this up and posting.
    The “Mr. Science” segment at the beginning was really informative. You don’t have any idea about how physics affects something as simple as a yo-yo.

    To think: Pedro Flores founded a company back in 1928 to show America a toy. This toy became a life-saver to many people during the Great Depression, and provided lifetime entertainment at a nickel a pop. The company was bought by Donald Duncan and with that the yo-yo became a household object. Fast forward to today, we have competitions, new tricks, speed, community, and innovation. Duncan isn't the only company anymore and the toy is worldwide. The yo-yo: 80 years, one world.
