Ahh nice Liberty i saw there the silver one ,, i think they are a cool Jeep ( i have one) perfect for “Overlanding “ , that is what mine is built for .. on the aluminum fenders the only problem i see is on the front fender the “V” gap between the fender and the body , is gonna be a place where rocks can get into and get wedged in there , now if the could incorporate some type of rubber in there to protect the paint and body until they can be removed .just an idea 👍
Disaster? Poor Chris - Pheebs broken. Bec smiling as always. That rolling chases is beautiful - hate to see it get dirty but...! I agree Brit - Nice to keep a good Jeep clean and nice. Factor55 and Kevin comes through again! What a personality. "Top of the World" scares me, and I've never been on it, only seen it in photos and video! Someday that rock is gonna slip! LIteBriteNationSnowsMoab!
Keep killing it y’all! You owe it to no one to put out the content you do so often. I love the vlog style ones as much as I did the Arctic expedition series. Im just glad y’all took the time to enjoy everything!
I'm sure FedEx was still happier paying for the bumper instead of a tow truck 😂😂. Is it just me or does anyone else get sleepy whenever Jelly is all comfy and taking her nap 🤗? That view was freaking badass guys!!! ❤❤💯🤙
Hey Guys! Sorry to see Chris break his Rover. But the Old Goat says he's thrilled to see his younger Liberty cousin holding up the family honor. Now Cousin needs to get some trophy awards on his rocker panels. Me, the Old Goat, new dog Carter are meeting the jeep club in Moab on Friday. Sure do miss spending time with you, Brittney and Kevin. The Old Goat and I hope you have a great summer.
Hey kids! Had to bail out Chris, Phoebe's new big tires broke the drive shaft, lol! But all had a good safe time of it. Liked to have seen more of the other babe's in their rigs though... . 🤔Hopefully; gonna try to get down to Daytona to meet you kids. In the mean, as always; be safe out there! America First!
Y'all should hit up Sheriff's JeepFest in Jasper, Georgia, sometime. It's usually on Labor Day weekend, and usually has about 20,000 people attending, with about 2,500 Jeeps. I'd bet you have hundreds, if not thousands, of fans who attend this show -- it's grown to be one of the largest in the Southeast. I live like 10 minutes away from the main field, so it's definitely near and dear to me. 🙂 Anyway, give it some thought. Maybe not this year, but next? If y'all can travel all the way to Daytona Beach, Florida, surely you can travel to Jasper, GA at some point, yes? 🙂
good to see another great vid. And to keeping the Demon nice... you got to have a going out on the town rig and one for getting the hell out of Dodge when needed. Keep up the vids
Another Great Video and the dogs are feeling Comfortable in their Strange Positions, That Just goes to show you that they Really Trust and Love Ya'll 😂🇺🇸🇺🇸🥂
Wish some of these companies would make some of these High Tech lighter Components for the older Jeeps and Especially the Older Cherokee's, and keep them priced for us not Rich people 😢aka us Lower Budget people! 🤔🇺🇸🇺🇸
I'm assuming you're referring to the tie rod part of the video! You're on the right track for sure, Minimum safe thread engagement will vary depending on the size or like you said diameter of the threaded members. But when calculating a safe minimum thread engagement it also makes a difference what the two materials you're threading together are as well as the thread pitch and if there are any coatings on the two materials. This can all play into the equation but a good general rule of thumb for "MINIMUM Safe Thread Engagement" is 1.5 x Diameter of the shank of the joint. That being said though, depending on how deep a hole is drilled and tapped and how deep you thread a joint into said hole, can also play with where Stress Risers present themselves. In theTie Rod talk they're not referring to one brand having more thread engagement or not, what they are referring to is that one brands tie rod ends (steel, forged, or not aluminum material) is physically longer than the other. Causing the aluminum bar between them to be physically shorter on the one with longer tie rod ends. In this comparison they're not looking at thread engagement, instead one company is making physically shorter tie rod ends in order to have a longer aluminum section between them. Both Tie Rods could have the exact same thread engagement, the one with the longer aluminum center bar will flex more and translate less stress into the tie rod ends, causing it to be less prone to breaking.
Chris - I am curious to hear if or how you had modified the rear land rover axle / diff. Was it just stock or had you modified it? I guess it's time to do the Dana 60 axles!
Limes and lemons in large quantities are toxic to dogs. I don't think licking limes just that time is gonna do anything to them, but it's something to keep in mind. Your dogs are adorable especially the way they act and have fun around the rigs when you take them off-road with you. Great video, guys!!!🤙
I'm getting ready to finally put a long arm on my JKU, I have the RK Flex 3.5" currently, and it has done great the entire time I've used and abused it. Actually, the front axle lower axle mounts are twisted and bent to shi+, but the RK parts are all still just as straight as they came from the factory. I'm definitely thinking of staying with RK gear. Hopefully, I can get it purchased and installed before I fully rip off the axle mounts, 😆.
Chris looks like you got your work cut out now looks like bumpers front and back. Besides you can give it the master artist 🎨 Chris effect and I know it will be so cool for sure. Anyway happy wheeling for sure.
L/B. Now with Chris Payne's D2a broken, we can look forward to a rear 'Salisbury' axle and even portals as new content at the shop ? ? Keep up this quality YT channel uploads ! V.
Content: "happy-face" I'm just enjoying it all.. idc if vlog or iphone or real technical. Hey some of us work alot and with only 1 or 2 weeks yearly to explore/crawl/ adventure. We kinda get that thru y'all in the meantime.. so a big thank you!
She's just Jelly doing Jelly things. Such sweet dogs and I love the VLOG version of your content. The people you meet are amazing and I hope you get stuff from them to showcase. #JellyNation
How Awesome would it be to see, Litebright Nation, Overland Bound, Trailrecon, Swell Runner, Edward Shin @KrokemOutdoors, Primal Outdoors, Jason AutoEdits on a adventure together. I know everyone has their schedules but this would be awesome adventure to see you all converse and work together and share experience. Something to wish for.
We normally don’t put out a set schedule because our plans can change so suddenly, and we never want to disappoint anyone. But our IG and FB pages are definitely the best source for instant and up to date info on our events and locations!
Saw the synergy boys and their tow pig with their rigs heading out to EJS when I stopped in Calico to wheel with some buddies out near barstow. Looked like some great rigs

Wow, didn't know Nitto sold fur jackets. Unless Kevin is looking to play the Abominable from the misfit island on the next Netflix reiteration.

Tell Jason and Dan to quit slacking and fill my orders!!! lol
Did the rubicon trail in my early Bronco. Had the same view of my buddies Land Rover. Spider gears in the Land Rover. Kaboom
Yup, I believe it ended up being the spider gears in this case as well
synergy sure does have a habit of launching their jeeps lmfao. I remember their 2 door jl was airborne too back then if memory serves me right.
What a Land Rover broke. I don't believe it 😮 😉
Have only used the flat straps with my pickups. 10,000 GVWR. (Tore one end off while towing years ago). Still works. No rope use.
Great video, Lite Brite Nation 🎉

Love you guy's always entertaining
The penetration of the bolt only needs to be as long as the diameter of the bolt Putting more bolt threads into a tie rod will not help

Those flares are very interesting somebody needs to build something like that for the grand Cherokee WK2
Those Next Venture aluminum fenders look great!
@18min
Flares. Flares. Flares.
Fenders are not flares. Flares are not fenders.
