    Avoid dry sea foods

    Reduce milk n milk products
    Beetroot juice early morning

    Dr.Madam garu , i have stroke 10.6 years and now fluctuations in BP in these days madam, i had Covid in the year 2020, August 15 madam, I had a clear cut confidence that I have been BP it was 130/85 and after been attached with this Covid it is keeping at 145/95 to 155/95 madam,how to reduce this
