Mister McGruder should have try to kickstart a Boondocks movie project first instead of going straight for a Uncle Ruckus movie. Both ideas seem just as awesome to me, as a big fan of Boondocks and i think it's a shame the Uncle Ruckus movie kickstarter's campaign failed but i can see how this film might have sound to hardcore to some people. Uncle Ruckus is probably the most controversial character in the franchise. Instead of seeing the potential social commentary and layers this movie would have had, people would have taking it to the first superficial degree and call it racist and would have act overly offended by the sheer use of the world "nigga" in it without caring about context and such like they did with Django ! Hope this project won't stay dead forever, personally !
