So kinda like in English "This is a pen" versus "it's a pen". The second sentence sounds much more natural and less robotic.

Does 「っていうのは」 and 「っていういみ」 have the same meaning? Like this sentence...
Sentence 1:
「Okay」っていうのは「オッケー」だ。
Sentence 2:
それはオッケーっていういみだ。
Does both of the sentences says that "it means okay"?
